If not Bush, then who?

I've noticed several threads where people say they will not vote for Bush if he supports certain causes. Some include:
Memogate:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1045476/posts
Broad Amnesty in immigration:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1046165/posts
(Please don't see this as an attack on those threads or any comments in them, it's not.)
While I agree with the conservative position on both of these threads, I don't understand how a person could not vote for Bush even if he does some things that are inexplicable from a conservative point of view.
My belief is nothing could be worse than a democrat in office in 2004. I know that is the lesser of two evils vote, but it is true.
Even if Bush gave amnesty to immigrants to pander to hispanics, which would be disgusting, is that reason enough to allow a democrat a greater chance to get in office? Wouldn't the dems likely do worse?

Look, that's more than enough of YOU breaking posting rules and FR etiquette !
Never twist someone's nic into something else, don't use it as a pejorative, and don't bait and/or personally attack someone, to a third party, but if you're cowardly enough to do so,you must also add their nic to the "TO" list.

In case you come out of your stupor, we are in a battle for the heart and soul of this Country. I am against all democrats and liberals. We are winning the battle at the ballot box, and we have to win the battle of the Court's. The libs did not get their agenda overnight, they are relentless and are dangerous, and have to be made impotent. President Bush is setting out to do just this, the dims know this, why not you?

Pot, dear, without a kettle; you being the pot.
You're sadly lacking in logic. The BULLMOOSE Party lost and lost hugely;as did Roosevelt.America lost even more. But, you say that they won, because the Dems took up a few of their positions and ran with them. In the larger scheme of things, that's an absurdity,to the nth degree.

As third parties have historically been able to do once they acquire sufficient momentum.
I'm sorry, but what in the world makes you think that the party of the far left would be bothered with implementation of the agenda of the LP, or the Constitution Party or even Perot's shell game? They may pay lip service to it, but then,if what some desire is to but hear what they want said rather than an attempt to do something about it, then simply vote for the Dems. They are pretty good at saying whatever each group wants to hear.

STOP MAKING SENSE!
The Tin-foil brigade is far too unstable, and their dementia-based logic could unravel like a garage-sale sweater!

Like I said, bait-and-switch. Once you get trounced on the fact that they got their agenda implemented, you all of the sudden pretend that the issue was the fact that they lost an election. You have no point.
And your whining about my posting style will get you nowhere. A quick comparison of my posting history and yours will show that I'm plenty capable of carrying on rational discussions with rational people, even if we're in total disagreement. You will reap exactly what you sow with me, and the moderator won't shield you from those consequences. If you want to be treated like an adult, then start acting like one.
Anyway, I'm off to bed. You're not putting up much of a challenge anyway, so you can keep carrying on about whatever.

The Tin-foil brigade is far too unstable, and their dementia-based logic could unravel like a garage-sale sweater! I'm still laughing.!
While the fringes are stomping and gnashing their teeth, the middle who actually elect Presidents, are coming over slowly but surely.

Thanks!
I only put the date I signed up because I noticed that many people on FR, when faced with a post they disagree with will immediately rush to check out the date the poster joined. Wanted to save them some trouble!

They didn't get ALL of their agenda implimesdnted, I've yet to be " trounched ", by you or anyone else, YOU didn't even KNOW it was the Dems, who took up a paltry few of the BMP positions, and you are the one making abjectly little ( if any ! ) sense at all. LOL
Talk about " bait and switch ", kid, you're the one whinging and whining to others about me, changing the subject entirely, and not even attempting to refute a single point I've made.
Your posting " style " is anything and everything BUT " adult ", " rational ", and anyone reading this thread knows that. And as far as " challenging " , you aren't, I must have CHALLENGED you a plenty, since you are utterly incapable of discussing this, with me, without personally attacking me, posting factual historical data, and then making a rational argument for your position.
Good night and dream your little dreams.

"I understand that our president has to "be a politician" in order to reverse so many years of a socialistic trend in our country. What the leftists accomplished with incrementalism and scare tactics can't be defeated overnight." With every bit of respect that is due, wake up and smell the coffee. He's not reversing anything. He's accelerating it. He's not giving in to it, he's promoting it.

Don't pay any attention to that little spinner on your tinfoil hat. The longer you post for the fringe element, the faster it spins, and the more noise it will make....

"This President is dismantling, at great odds, the framework FDR built." Are you serious? He just pushed through Congress and signed the LARGEST entitlement program ever, increased the Federal spending on education, and infringed on the freedom of speech. What, for God's sake, did he dismantle?

I have read the posts from your fellow hyper ventilators guild for several years now.
You always imply Chicken Little logic and extreme doom in all you do.
Funny though, not one of your predictions, claims, or concerns has come true.
President Bush is not our enemy. You, and your ilk however ARE the enemy. All your paranoya and suspicions, rhetoric etc....does nothing to attract people to your ideas, ideals or philosophy. It simply repels us and convinces us that your group's phoilosophy is irrelevant and your overall influence is insignificant.....So, get over it...

You have to look at the nice little poison pills our side slipped into certain bills .Look,I think CFR is a travesty and truly, now, no one in the middle cares.HOWEVER, had W not signed this into law, this whole thing would be whipped into a frenzy, aimed at the middle grounders who still watch Jennings and Leno. A tactical retreat , nothing more, nothing less.

See my last post.....
I represent the majority on this forum.
You will live a troubled life here on this forum if you keep attacking our Commander in Chief particularly during a time of war.
I am a combat veteran and a patriot, and I will defend those convictions to the bitter end.
The FReepers you are supporting are considered by most to be the radical fringe and are not well liked......

Since I live in California, it doesn't matter whether or not I vote for Bush because he's gonna lose by at least a million votes here.
