Action Alert - Your help is needed!

State Attorney Bernie McCabe has refused to investigate charges of physical abuse against a disabled Pinellas County woman - even though a bone scan indicated trauma. Mr. McCabe has refused to investigate well-founded allegations of abuse, neglect and exploitation against the same disabled woman - even though such offenses are felony crimes under Florida law.

In Pinellas County, Florida a woman by the name of Terri Schiavo may have endured physical abuse and neglect at the hands of her guardian and caretakers. These are serious crimes against a vulnerable person and call for immediate and thorough investigation. However, Mr. McCabe has shut down Florida Law Enforcement from doing so.

Will Mr. McCabe commit the same type of cover-up if your loved one is a possible victim? Act now by contacting Mr. McCabe and demanding that he do the job he was elected to do. It is his duty to all Pinellas County citizens.

Did it say if that mother had "insurance"? I would suspect strongly that she did! These aren't "mercy" killings, but often murder for money!

McCabe is in alliance with the "judges" of Pinellas Co. He says that he cannot investigate this case because it is in the purview of the judges now. The Baird ruling against the constitutionality of the law will come Friday. Then what? Maybe we can draw it out past the first of the year by appealing again to the court of appeals, not that their decision was not determined years ago.

One thing poor Terri has taught us: the FL judiciary is the most predictable of all judicial bodies probably anywhere.

"(State Attorney) Bernie needs to be reminded he can be replaced without cause by the Gov at any time."

IMHO this is a charade. This guy McCabe doesn't fart without a nod from the governor.

The 'system', strongly endorsed by the boy who would be governor, has been in play all along. The delays and 'system' generated spins on the truth of Terri's condition been employed to offset America's concern and returning the same to wallow in its' usual catatonic mind-set.

They (the 'system') will have its' way, because America is focused on the government's velvet glove, while in denial about the iron fist.

Thanks for the ping kimmie7!

Are you saying that Jeb Bush took his Oct. 21 action only as a delaying ploy to quiet the pro-life forces in FL and that he intended all along for the judiciary to proceed with the murder of poor Terri?

So, do you mean that Jeb did what he did to make sure that he is not blamed for Terri's next starvation/dehydration ordeal. And all of this has been "fixed" in advance? Incredible, isn't it? But FL is increasingly been seen as a corrupt state. Nearly every player in the Terri tragedy, however, it turns out, was NOT BORN IN FL.

The "system" always wins -- sounds like a line from Orwell.

I just called and was told that Terri's case is in civil court and that I should call 727-464-3267. I mentioned that I thought her case was probably being looked at in several different venues and that I wondered why Mr. McCabe was refusing to look at the matter.

She said that was not true. I didn't know how to dispute that.

It is commonly understood the power to alter the death sentence lies within the pen of the governor. His incredulous plea of asking for direction from legal scholars as to the authority of his office was met. A number of sources pointed the way. None were used.

A cold blooded hoax.

The mass media is fighting their hatred of Christianity and "pro-life" battles through her.

The potential for criminal action was on McCabe's desk, and never left it - according to the article at the head of this thread.

"....Mr. McCabe has refused to investigate well-founded allegations of abuse, neglect and exploitation against the same disabled woman - even though such offenses are felony crimes under Florida law....."

Seems like your conversation with whomever amounted to her telling you "who are you going to believe - me or your lying eyes".

I would think her parents or siblings could file a mandamus action on this, forcing the AG to investigate, no?

Wonder what she meant by that. McCabe is doing nothing that I'm aware of.

But, Robert, Jeb Bush said he had no authority to stop this KIND of death sentence, because it came from a CIVIL court, instead of a criminal court. Do you think Bush has actually told these judges that they can starve her and he will no longer try to intervene? This is madness and nobody (or at least not enough) care or even know about this?

If they kill Terri, I WILL blame Jeb Bush for it is in his power to save her.

If he is looking to run for higher office he better not play games with us!

I guess I'm confused. When did McCabe say he was not going to investigate?
