I'm sure that it would never occur to a terrorist to name a terrorist sympathizer or organization as a beneficiary to an insurance policy in order to get around restrictions on their wire transfers...

Well, I just got a letter from my health insurance company (MSA) saying that they needed our signatures and other info because the Patriot Act requires that they track ~certain~ information about their customers. Can anybody tell me what that's all about and what it has to do with terrorists?
