Tonken's name isn't even in the index of Hillary's new book, "Living History."Her name will be in his book. She can read it when she's doing house arrest.
They supposedly have her on tape saying, "burn the receipts".
We'll see. She's macho-slippery though.

the counter-attack which will be launched by the repubs against Hillary; if she should decide to run. What mainstream media outlets will responsibly and honoraly represent that Republican counter-attack against The Beast?

Don't forget, MM, that Dubya beat the unbeatable Ma Richards, managed to remain a gentleman (of course) and still off her.
One of my favorite all-time events!
Loved it.
(even Barbara didn't think he could pull it off)
Lazio was a very poor candidate. I desperately wanted him to win, but I just didn't like him somehow.

New York is extremely LIBERAL. The rest of the country isn't. Remember, in CA Arnold got elected with 62% of the vote. The dems actually hold a slight edge in voter registration here, but people were just plain fed up .. and I don't think it's just CA who feels that way.

Unless I am reading the tea leaves completely wrong, Dean is the one to teach Miss Rodham the virtue of falling. "Rodham" is sort of an anagram for "Howard" even. Just turn the "m" over.
And "Dean" -- well, in the language roots, that means "Judgement". So Howard Dean is Miss Rodham's judgement. Her Nemesis.

...When HILLARY keeps calling for more American Troops in Iraq & Afghanistan...
...HILLARY's really calling for the return of our Military Draft...

The Clintons already have another source: ACT, with $12.5 million in donations from Soros.
If Dean gets the nomination, McAwful will be out of business, and that means that Hillary will lose control of the DNC. That's easy to fix .. she's dump the DNC and use ACT instead. Never .. never .. underestimate the evil purposes of Hillary.

Thanks. I have the book right beside me, and have read it a few times. It is intriguing to me that a writer who is essentially "with" Hillary has been so candid in the book. I have learned very much in this book.
Here's an illuminating part:
"You know you're a perfectionist, Hillary, and you're just denying it," Rupert would say. "Stop kidding yourself." She didn't like to be questioned, Rupert found that she was unexpectedly vulnerable and sensitive to criticism (NO KIDDING-my insert). "It didn't have to be a vicious attack." he remembers. "It could be any kind of a challenge. She would flush in the face or get angry or mumble about it." Sometimes she would retreat into an icy silence.

I stand behind my contention that Hillary's recent visibility is related not to a presidential run but to three names:
Paul, Tonkin and Pallidino(sp)
Consistent with prior scandal strategy, she makes many public pronouncements then claims people are only coming after her because she is a "strong woman".

6. And don't believe anything that comes out of the mouth of Paul Begala, Ellen Ratner, Eleanor Clift, ........ oh the list is too damn long!
Thanks for the rules. They are in my head.

She may have been cautious about Bush because she saw the poll which said that 80 PERCENT of the American people thought the President's trip to Iraq was the right thing to do. If we're a 50-50 divided country .. that means that almost 30% of democrats supported what the President did. That is not a good sign for the dems.

Hillary, he says, was hot stuff back then, despite her penchant for "big ugly glasses" and prim buns. Writes Sheehy, "He found the passion beneath the prude." I can only think her college boyfriend needed new eyeglasses.

Didn't mind him hammering Card so much but he just kept asking him (paraphrasing) when and how many new jobs would be created. Card kept rewording his answers - in an apparent attempt to finally get his point across - that the Bush Admin had all these things in place that were conducive to a strong economy and job growth but the exact timing is almost impossible to predict - duh.
Seemed like that's all Wallace had to bug Card with so he wouldn't accept Card's logical answers because he had to fill the time?
He was hard enough on Dean - asking him with follow ups - about his statement concerning the "interesting theory" that Bush "knew" about 9/11 ahead of time. Dean stumbled in his answers to Wallace's other questions too and I had the impression that Dean hadn't expected Wallace to be so tough.
There was one response that caused a flicker in Wallace's eyes and at the time I thought - there's a Dean flaw or error that Wallace wasn't expecting but now I can't remember the subject. Anyone know where I can get a transcript - I looked but can't find at FOX.

there is a much larger right-wing media presence"much larger" than what?
Many of us here have saved reams and reams of threads about the Clintons during their 8 years .. as well as all the wonderful books about the Clinton corruption which has now become public.
Yes, freepers and some others know, but I'd estimate at least 90% of American voters don't know the details that you know.
You see, you're well aware of what we all know about the Clintons. But those really ugly details that can sway votes are lost on most Americans because of the mainstream media cover.

You and I will never have the time or opportunity to point out the numerous skeletons in her closet, and all the small details of the various situations to enough people to make a difference. We cannot saturate the ariwaves with ads about these things without appearing unduly negative on the first woman to have a chance to win the presidency.Yes. This is why the education of the public about Hillary MUST be done on a neighborhood by neighborhood basis. Neighbor to neighbor. Everyone who knows the details MUST go out before the election and convince a number of those on the fence of the reality of this woman. I refer you to Post #244 for instance.
It can be done. It's really very simple, but it will take an effort by alot of people. And, there are enough.
