"Constant attack mode" learned at his father's knee, I suppose, but also probably anxious to make a good first impression today. Your point is valid, but I'll take this take-no-prisoners approach over Snow's good guy chuckling w/nary a follow-up question.

That bears repeating.

Dean's mouth reminds me of that old cartoon, Clutch Cargo. LOL! You're right! (I occasionally watched that cartoon as a child...not sure why since I thought it was stupid.)

Good grief; Russert's interview was more like a campaign rally to draft Hillary for President.

That laugh of hers will sink her in any national campaign. Only her own mother --- or a dedicated leftist --- could stand hearing that laugh.
But then, in any national campaign, she won't have much to laugh about.

Well I did it. I watched the entire Hillary interview, the most I have had to stomach in several years. I am afraid to give you guys my review because people may go crazy. But be afraid, be very afraid.

I have seen Wallace do many reports on ABC shows and I have found him to be fair.
He did an absolutely stunning piece in Iran about the younger generation wanting freedom and peace; during a scene where they were walking down the street filming, a woman came out of nowhere and said, "Tell America to do for us what they have done for Afghanistan." He was taken back, but asked her if she wasn't afraid to be seen talking to them, and she said no (but they blocked her face out anyway.) It was very moving.

Yeh, it was a tad OBVIOUS. As I said in an earlier post, HRC is getting a lot of free media for her campaign this morning. Timmy was more a cheerleader than an objective jouralistic questioner.

Agreed. Plus, she didn't get enough attention while in Iraq and this is a way to re-direct attention back to her.

I don't give much credence to infor from insiders. We got burned too many times on things like that during the Clinton investigations. Stuff that supposedly happened never materialized.
To: arasina
Dean's mouth is too small for his face. And he has those crazed looking little beady eyes. He is scary, looks on the verge of a nervous breakdown, the kind where you order the bombs to fly.
To: Miss Marple
I am afraid to even entertain a fantasy that Hill or Bill will get what they deserve. It is sort of like believing in Santa Claus {apologies to those who still believe}
To: Peach
She says she wouldn't lie to "that young man" who asked the question.
Eat *hit, Hillary!

She was VERY slick. Previously, I thought she came across so hateful that she would not stand a chance in a national campaign.
After watching her performance this morning on MTP, I may have changed my mind. Someone, somewhere will HAVE to ask her some difficult questions and then we'll see how she reacts.
Russert really disappointed me that he did not ask her why she thought Kosovo and Bosnia were the standard bearers for war when: 1) Clinton said we'd find hundreds of thousands of mass graves (I think we found 4,000); and 2) Clinton said we'd be home in months and we are STILL there.
