Oh wait, he hasn't had a trial yet, has he? OK, what was he charged with that he should "fry" for?

Well, when he was arrested, certainly there were charges, right? Not arrested you say?

You say he "was involved" with the illegal drug market -- what do you mean? Can you be a little more specific? I mean, if we're going to decide if Rush should fry, I sure would like to know for what.
