[history]
Democratic presidential contender Howard Dean parried energetically last night with cable news television host Chris Matthews, defending his exemption from the Vietnam draft for back problems and showcasing his new book before a largely student audience at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.

Thanks. More seriously, look at how long it took to find Eric Rudolph, and he was in North Carolina.

I am not defending Hitler, but Dean isn't that smart. If I had any money I would send it to his campaign. I want him to get the nomination. It will provide months of pure entertainment as the conservatives rise up (to smash him.)

I don't usually listen to IMUS in the AM but I did catch him commenting to Howard Kurtz this morning that it "sounded like Chris and Howard wanted to run off and get hitched".
I had to laugh when I saw a Chris Matthews billboard in a train station later...someone had taken an industrial Sharpie and drawn a Hitler mustache and bangs on Chris' face - scrawled "Fashist" underneath also.
Plenty of anti-Bush defacement in that particular station. Funny how the Left can't spell and is so out of touch it can't tell the media is almost wholly on its side.

Matthews did lighten the mood at one point, asking Dean to name his favorites -- movies ("A Beautiful Mind"), musician (Wyclef Jean)...Somehow I just don't buy that Dean can even name five Wyclef Jean tunes. I suppose this is his effort to try to be hip, but if he were hip, he wouldn't be naming Wyclef.

No way. I counted several Dean deceptions (basically lies) and Matthews NEVER followed up.
Dean knew of the questions beforehand- all questions he has to answer soon anyway.

Red the DU thread.
The Dems tell them they are persecuted and are being abused by right wing religious nuts... and they believe it... sad.

Welcome to the bizarro Internet. :-)

Yep, just full of "tolerance" aren't they. Could we just get it over with and lable the DU a hate group? Though, with all the tantrums and foul-mouthed tyraids there, I wonder if they hate their members (any that have a slightly different view from the national socialist party line) as much as they hate anyone who loves freedom and individual rights?

Dean will destroy the Democrat Party....and the Nation if elected.... I wish that statement was like a salad bar, where I can pick and choose, and not an MRE. I just want the 1st part, but would like to skip the rest thank you. There is a long way to go in reclaiming the nation from the elitists of the national socialist left. Continually exposing them for the fascist trash they are is just a step.
