A SOURCE CLOSE TO AL-QA'IDA SAID THAT 'THE HOLY WARRIORS HAVE COMPLETED THE PREPARATORY STAGE AND STARTED THE COUNTDOWN FOR THE EXECUTION OF AN ATTACK INSIDE THE UNITED STATES.' THE SOURCE CLAIMED THAT THE NEXT ATTACKS WILL CAUSE AMERICA 'TO LOSE CONTROL OF ITSELF AND THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ITS ARMY.' HE AGAIN URGED MUSLIMS IN AMERICA TO LEAVE IF THEY DID NOT WISH TO DIE. (AL-SHARQ AL-AWSAT, LONDON, 11/26/03)

THE NEXT ATTACKS WILL CAUSE AMERICA 'TO LOSE CONTROL OF ITSELFDon't you hate national incontinence?

This administration made a brilliant move by taking Iraq. We are positioned to strike Syria, Iran, etc. Every day that goes by, we get more entrenched in the area. I even believe that it is creating a decoy to centralize terrorists. The broader picture is clear, we own the Middle East now and that had to happen before we could secure our own borders. I love it.

Somebody warn Omar the Tentmaker that he'd better make that first shot count. The Japanese can tell them: Uncle Sam's payback is a real bitch.

Hmm. this brings to mind a nuclear detonation not on the surface, but in space. An atomic explosion of a certain strength at a certain altitude could very easily fry every comminications, weather, and navigational satellite in orbit not to mention the EMP effects it could cause on Earth. It's a possibility we should consider seriously.

Was that the camera man?
Killing the NA commander 2 days before was probably the sign to the 19 to execute their plan.

not to mention the EMP effects it could cause on Earth. I share your concern for civilian facilities but military equipment (earth and space based) is mostly protected against EMP effects (through shielding and less sensitive componentry).

Good points:
They talking Pentagon? An unfinished target, they go back for it-cutting off military if they try a radiation bomb orsome other stunt. How would people get to their offices if radioctivity exists?
This nation panicked over a few anthrax letters.
They're morons, but I don't underestimate their persistence.

Do you really believe that Al-caca has the technology to put a warhead into space?

True. True.

They do not have a delivery system, that would have to be a rocket launch similiar to NASA capabilites. Be assured that we know every particle that is sent into space and it would be shot down in minutes.

I know this has been mentioned before, but I have noticed a definite increase in the number of Emergency Broadcast test messages. I realize this is standard and mandatory, but what frequency is normal? The EBS messages also appear to be increasingly more complex, i.e. they seem to be testing longer messages. Is it just me?

Me either, mil-vet, me either. It reminds me of the days before Armageddon (and a little of the Left Behind books). What are we, citizens of America or citizens of the world? Now think... what group in our own country would rather be know as citizens of the world rather than Americans... makes me shudder.

Do you give roaches free run of your house because you can't eliminate them? Of course not, I kill them if I can, just as we should the Islamists.
I don't know where you're getting the idea that I'm against the War on Terror-I'm not. I'm just realistic about what it can accomplish.
Using your analogy,do you think we could eliminate every roach in the world? No matter how much you spray, eventually they come back, don't they?

Yes,the bomb was in the camera. It is my belief that we had our SF on the ground ready to go after OBL when he got wind of it and decided it was time to strike the first blow.
