Blessed Father, we place upon the altar the matrix, concept and dream of a free and democratic Iraq. We hold the Vision and determination that the security of our own nation and that of our allies is increased by having the Iraqi people claim and practice the principles of Liberty and Freedom which are the gifts of dignity and justice which you ordain for all your children, for you are our 'nature's God' spoken of by the founding Fathers of our own US Government.
Father, we ask that you will enter now into the entire situation concerning the hunt for the individual known to us as Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, that he shall be apprehended or sent to the courts of Heaven, according to your own Will, as quickly as possible, and only in keeping with your own divine Plan for the unfoldment of events in this War on Terror.
Father, we ask that you will overshadow our fighting men and women in the Iraqi and Afghani theaters who have been targeted by Al Qaeda and others. Father, we call forth extraordinary protection for them, for our civilian support personnel, and for all of our intelligence operatives who are in dangerous situations. Father, we also call forth your protection on the part of all Coalition operatives and soldiers as well as all Iraqi or Afghani operatives and soldiers fighting for the cause of Freedom in their nations. Bless and assist any and all individuals or organizations who are pledged and determined to serve the Holy Cause of Freedom in the Middle East.
We have heard rumors that our own shores in America could be under assault sometime in the next few days, weeks, or months in an effort to derail that hand-over of sovereignty to the free people of Iraq later this year. Father, if there are Al Qaeda or any other terrorist cells who have plans and weapons of any kind whether they are nuclear, biological, or conventional, please place your omnicient eye upon them and expose them to someone who is in a position to disrupt any attacks they may have in the works.
Father, we call for the cutting free of any and all Muslims who are loyal Americans from any and all pressures, or fears of retaliation, or misplaced loyalties which are preventing them from full cooperation with the authorities. If any of these know of questionable activities on the part of their fellow religionists, please grant them the courage to step forward with the information that could be for the saving of many lives.
We are grateful, Father, that you have your gentle and powerful hand on each of us and all our loved ones, wherever they may be. Please intercede on behalf of our nation the USA, Iraq, Afghanistan, and all our allies, and all the nations of the earth. Intercede for the protection of structures of liberty and freedom which Western Civilization has painstakingly built over the last few thousand years. Intercede and mitigate any and all attacks from those who are the enemies of freedom.
We place our troops, their civilian support teams, our intelligence services, and all our domestic law enforcement and emergency personnel into your hands and keeping. We lift them up, and request that when and if each is in a position of danger or need for high alert, that you will send each individual a team of angels to guide them.
We are thankful, Father for your loving care. We unite our prayers with all prayers going forth from any place of worship in the coming days. Let all of the prayers of your children be multiplied and woven into a giant golden chain mail of protection and illumination for this nation and the whole planet. Let each of your own children be granted an armor of this same chain mail. Adjust all of our prayers so that they are completely acceptable in thy sight. Because we are learning that truly there is no time or space, but all is existing in your own mind and heart, let all the best prayers we have ever uttered in our lives be recharged with your Light and added to the energy which will increase the equation of your Light and Presence in the earth at this time. We ask for your infinite Mercy to be extended to this earth and to your children, that we may be your hands and feet. That we may be your instruments for the bringing to this earth the blessings and Liberties which we know you have ordained. Cut us free from all which is opposed to the fulfillment of your divine Plan. Adjust this and all our prayers if we pray amiss according to thy Will.
