How can anyone just walk into a warzone

Can WE as citizens file charges? Can WE ban together and bring charges of treason against her?

Does anyone know? What steps are needed?

Then the commander of the Anti-aircraft defense battery in the area should be demoted!!!!!!! Standing orders should be: "Shoot first, shoot last, shoot some more, THEN question any survivors!!!"

Actually, I'm surprised it DIDN'T happen...........I believe if this commander knew it was HER on that plane..............well, the smell of a burning witch in the morning would be most pleasant!!!!
