Freeper Guenevere's new granddaughter was born on December 10, 2004. Emily Jane was 2 1/2 months early and was delivered by C-section after her mother (Jenny) developed Preeclampsia. She weighed 2 lb. 9 oz, and is 15 in. long.
Here are some posts by Guennie with more info, including their faith and praise to God for this new blessing in their lives:

When Guenevere called a FReeper friend to have her post about the successful birth, she reported that Emily is breathing on her own and the nurses describe her as strong and feisty. She has dark hair and is very beautiful. The doctor said her reflexes were quite good and she is doing just fine. She is NOT in an incubator.
We praise God for this new miracle and ask His blessings on Emily; her parents, grandparents, and other family members; and the medical professionals caring for the wee one.
Welcome to the world little one! We join in with all of our friends in praying for your continued health and well being and congradulate your enitre family as they celebrate the joy of your birth.
Thank you God for the blessing of this new infant.

Congratulations, Guenevere, for your new little angel, Emily Jane! WHAT a pretty name!!
kayak, THANKS for posting this on this thread....we've got a mighty fine group of prayer warriors here. I imagine Gramma's going to be rather busy, but if one of the two of you can pop in here with updates, it would be great. We do pictures too (hint hint!).
Wow....another little baby. Guenevere...I'm so happy for your family. Hang on...those NCIU doctors and nurses are the best!
Our Lord's even better! :)
Congratulations!
