Logan’s Miracle Room

Welcome to Logan’s Miracle Room.

• This is the room in which God’s miracle of a little baby boy named Logan was performed.
• This is the room where thousands of people joined in prayer daily to our Heavenly Father asking Him to let us keep this precious little baby.
• This room has seen many tears in the bad times when we were begging God to let him survive, and it’s seen much laughter in those good times when he was making progress.
• This is the room where people from all over the world came to know Logan and became familiar with his struggle to live.
• In this room we saw a tiny micro-preemie baby weighing only 1 lb 9oz, with less than a 20% chance of survival become a healthy, blue-eyed testament to God’s love.

We were all a part of this miracle through our prayers for his healing, and we thank God for the blessing received from being chosen to be a part of Logan’s life.

 

We ask that you come forth with your sick little ones and loved ones.
Tell us about the sickness, and your grief and your sorrow and your dread for tomorrow.

We’ve been there, too.
Join with us and experience the power of prayer.

Thank you BG, for posting this. For those prayer warriors on this thread, I would appreciate it if you would pray for J.D. on the 4th and for some time thereafter. Pray that his brain will continue to regenerate on the right side. He's already a miracle, let's make him a double miracle.

Prayers for JD. What a precious little child.

I also want to tell you that a neighbor here told me a story about one of her old college professors, obviously a bright man! One day as an adult he went in for an MRI or some scan for some reason, nothing serious, to find out that he only had ONE HEMISPHERE of his brain! He teased his students about it, saying things like "If I can do it with HALF a brain," etc.

I had never heard of this before, but I have studied brain physiology a little and I know how plastic the different functions can be -- a completely different place can take over for a lost function from another place, say after an injury.

I will keep praying for J.D. Double miracles are possible with G-d.

Wow! Thank you for that story. It seems that I may have heard also that one side of the brain can compensate when the other side is damaged. J.D.'s grandma says he is already showing signs of progress. He's moving his left arm now and his eyes are focusing better. They work with him all the time stimulating him to do more things. He's surely a miracle baby.

He needs His mercy and love." GREAT NEWS UPDATE!!!  From an e-mail I received. "Ian's doing great. He's pretty much back to normal. He has a slight heart murmur, but from what I understand, that's pretty normal. He's already back to making silly jokes and being his cute little self. I swear, I never would have believed open heart surgery could go so smoothly for such a young kid. The prayers worked!!! " (NEW 3/13/04)

• 988 by Cake_Crumb, who's Grandson - born October 20 - is still in the hospital. Now awaiting surgery to correct complications due to an intestinal infection he got when he was two days old (1/10/03)
• 7,484 by  I'm ALL Right! who has been diagnosed with a rare brain malformation called a Chiari Malformation (I). It causes headaches, dizziness, numbness, memory loss...(in extreme cases it could lead to paralysis) all kinds of nice symptoms. The only treatment is surgery, so I'm pretty nervous about it.(1/10/03)
• 553 by luckystarmom who's brother has a rare skin cancer that has gone to his brain. The doctors have given him 3 -12 months to live. He's trying some experimental radiation to extend his life. (1/10/03)
