You're right that was Steve Harrigan, not Centani, as I said. I'm almost certain that the anchorwomam referred to him as Centani!

Nice hole punched in a wall, now saying 4 rockets, standard 'doom and gloom' report from CNN.

Meanwhile on MSNBC, we have a re-aired interview of Hildabeast chatting with Chris Matthews about how her Republican father was a rabid Nixon supporter with a split screen of Jacko's return to Las Vegas.

You think this might make the newsies realize that the Baathists/terrorists are the bad guys, not our troops?
Alright, that's probably giving them too much credit...

Explosion Hits Baghdad Sheraton Hotel Thursday, November 20, 2003
BAGHDAD, Iraq A loud explosion shook the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Baghdad Friday morning, causing limited damage. No casualties were immediately reported.
U.S. soldiers at the scene said a rocket-propelled grenade had struck the 16th floor of the hotel, which is home to a number of U.S. companies and foreign journalists.
The blast left a hole in the wall where the shell had struck and broke several windows on the 18-floor building.

Yes, apparently. But of course, they were 'insurgent' attacks. The rockets were apparently fired in the actual neighborhood, but we had intelligence these hotels were targets prior to this. What COWARDS these rodents are. They can't fight a war and win with their stone age technology, so they sneak around and try to kill innocents. If I hear ONE MORE statement from the White House about the 'religion of peace', I will puke! I am calling tomorrow morning, as a matter of fact.

Yes, but not particularly accurately. Not like hitting a large hotel requires one to be accurate.
1/2 mile isn't really all that far of a distance as modern weapons go.

Elevators in Sheraton Hotel are damaged, one crashed to the floor the other is just dangling there.

I think a typical model of RPG will go 900 meters, which is about 1/2 mile. They explode on a square hit or after a few seconds, which limits the range. Different models have different levels of performance.
