some current legal online news....

One of these 214 calls, a rambling 23-minute conversation, was entered in evidence Tuesday. It includes evasions, denials, and pleas for patience from Peterson as Frey tries to get him to explain himself and events. So, this is BEFORE the disapperance? Hmm . . .

You're late this morning.... I had to resort to a Michael Jackson thread for my daily Pester Ping to Constitution Day.

Wonder how the Petersen family feels about Geragos representing Michael Jackson.

Now that Jacko the Whacko has hired Geragos, Peterson can pound sand. Money talks and bullshit walks...Geragos will spend the most time where the money is.

Scott's family wants the $15,000.00 back?
Laci's family wants their daughter back.

"Evidence" is a lame excuse for the cops to keep the money. One stack of bills is like any other stack of bills. Other reports indicate this cash is the proceeds of Scott selling his golf club membership. This is like confiscating someone's paycheck.

Many thanks once again for keeping us posted.
Do you know if anyone has made a timeline from all the reports (other than the DA, that is -- I don't think they will share theirs with us)?
I have all this info floating around my head, sometimes forget some small thingy already established, and thought it would be interesting to see it all together, like they do on TV shows. (haha)
Has anyone seen anything like that? Sometimes media websites do that sort of thing.

Wait, I though Garegos was doing this pro bono - isn't that true?

Man RB this may just get to perverted Gregaros, Scoots and Micheal (high pitched voice) Jackson.
Even the toughest cookies has to be shaking their heads.
I can see Neverland being sold as MJ liquedates his ass...sets.
I wonder if Scoots is getting nervous about his legal beagle now that he has his hooks into Peter Pan.

Peterson will never see that $15k, but his attorney's accountant will I am sure ....
What's Geragos worried about anyway? With the Jackson antics he can just cross bill a few hours and more than cover the difference, lol.

Seems SP has a lot of extra time on his hands lately for letter writing. Since his letter's to Laci's friends and family are being turned over to LE, he has taken up writing love overdue thank you notes.
Dear XXXX Laundry Detergent People, I'm writing to say what an excellent product you have. I've used it since the beginning of married life, when my Mom told me it was the best. In fact, about seven months ago I spilled some red wine on my new white shirt. My wife started to berate me about my drinking problem. One thing lead to another and I ended up with a lot of her blood on my white shirt as well. I tried to get the stain out using a bargain detergent, but it just wouldn't work. I went to the store and got a bottle of liquid XXXX with bleach alternative and all of the stains came out! They came out so well, in fact, that the DNA tests were negative! I thank you, once again, for a great product. Well, gotta go, I have to write a letter to the Hefty bag people. Sincerely, Scott Peterson P.S. If you are a pretty lady, I am single, please submit photo.

Amber is having a baby, its not Scott's.

And just exactly why is the government holding the $15,000 cash? It should be released. So should the truck if it has been gone over and they have what they want from it. And it should not take billable hours and a court proceeding costing thousands for it to be turned over. This should have been a matter of course. Waste, waste waste and abuse.
