Actually from what I gather you would let the enemy run riot within our nation in order to give yourself a few more years - more like weeks - of prerogatives? Sounds shortsighted and foolish in fact.

What makes us a "force" is the people and their elected government. The Constitution affirms that concept.

I am willing to give up certain privileges in order to root out the criminals/terrorists/enemies of the State.

That is the best way to defend the Constitution and the BOR.

"Where's Chelsea?"

All those daily, fawning news reports about her mysteriously dried up last spring before graduating, so we don't even know she graduated. Maybe Hitlery is keeping her in an undisclosed location while her allies impliment an attack...I mean a campaign platform for her.

Oct 7, 2003 - BCN33:UPDATE: NO TOXIC MATERIALS AT CONCORD BANK

BCN33 -BANK SPRAY (UPDATE ON BCN27)

CONCORD (BCN)
A man walked into a Concord bank today and sprayed an unknown
substance that made several people ill, authorities said.
Police, fire and hazardous materials personnel responded around 11
a.m. to the Wells Fargo Bank at 775 Oak Grove Road.
Testing revealed no toxics in the air and the bank reopened around
1:15 p.m., according to Lewis Pascalli, director of the Contra Costa County
Hazardous Materials Program.
Pascalli said that several people who complained of nausea were
taken to area hospitals after the man walked into the bank with an aerosol
can, let off three bursts of spray and fled.
The Concord Police Department said the man remains at large.
He was described by investigators as a Middle Eastern man in his
30s with long black hair and a moustache. He was last seen wearing a blue
shirt, black pants and black shoes.
Authorities said the man drove away in a green Subaru station
wagon with paper license plates advertising a San Leandro car dealership.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Police Department at
(925) 671-3220.

I don't believe citizens should lose their Constitutional rights any more than I believe the so-called "Constitutional" argument being made FOR the foreign terrorists held at Gitmo.

No portion of the Consitution has ever been "temporarily set aside". Changes are and were permanent even before 9/11/01 whether Consitutitional or not.

He who is willing to give up freedom for security deserves neither. Once a right is given up, it can never be returned.

This was written over 200 years ago (not word for word) and still applies today.

If this happens I would hope that the following scenerio would ensue 15 minutes after the attacks:

1) An adequate amount of KC 147 would fly over Mecca dropping thousands of live pigs on the city from 10,000 ft.

2) Immediately, and I do mean immediately thereafter a cruise missle armed with a nuclear war head thunders in to the very center of the city blowing everything to h-ll. Rendering Mecca a pile of 'hot' glass in the middle of the desert and a bad memory.

I'm particularly fond of the live pig idea.

What do you mean if the rats get in?

Sorry, wasn't clear. I meant either the wicked witch or one of the nine dwarves getting into the White House. The DemocRATS.

There aren't any/many events where you find 100,000 'infidels' gathered in one place...except a city.

Or a stadium.

I have noticed that the local Subway sub shops are not completely staffed by M.E.' eners.

What does that mean? I don't know.
