I'm Wake (Forest) MBA. Our guy Ernie won big in Cary tonight. (What do you do in Raleigh?)

Not in Rolly. I'm in Union County, in the outer burbs of Charlotte. Small-time residential lot developer, out of the corporate world, unlike most of my bizskool compatriots.

I know. However, 10 points is alot to run behind. Tuck is going to have to win 60% at this rate for Haley to win. It is possible, but difficult.

Would Jackson's precincts be responsible for narrowing Haley's lead?

And I suspect the Mississippi Delta

Just curious... what other races are going on today? All I've heard about are Kentucky and Mississipi. I think I heard Louisiana is on the 15th, right? Is it just Governorships this year, no Senate or House races? Sorry, I know I should know these answers, but I'm wondering if it's different in different states.

Now WTVA has updated to the 6% figures...

At least Barbra Blackmon is getting her arrogant heiny spanked.

"In the bag" indeed.

Tishomingo and Alcorn Counties, 30% boxes in Barbour ahead. Tuck is beating Blackmon significantly.

This is very true. If it were not for appointment power there wouldn't be much point in worrying about the Governor other than for bully pulpit value

Tuck will get over 60. She's running against an extremely liberal black woman who has proven herself to be basically nuts during this campaign. Her percentage should mirror the black turnout and that's about it.

Hood is very well-funded, thanks to his friendly stance towards the trial lawyer crowd. He had an army of supporters with signs parading around downtown Jackson today.

It's a shame that the public decides who should be atty. genral on the basis of advertisements about crime-fighting. The attorney general's office does MUCH more than just prosecute criminal cases.

At this rate, if I take a nap, by the time I wake up only forty percent of MS will be reported.

I'm wondering if we won't get a lot of Jackson precints early? I know the rural places usually come in a bit later but I don't know if Jackson comes in earlier than GOP centers like Desoto and the coast...
