Don't hold your breath. Mark Pryor will never be beaten and I don't think Blanche Lincoln will either-- same for Landrieu. I expect all of them to be in the Senate into the next decade.
I wouldn't be too sure about Landrieu, we nearly ousted her in 2002. If in 2004 Billy Tauzin retires and David Vitter and Chris John run for Breaux's (hopefully) open seat, we'll have a few fresh GOP congressmen waiting to give her a challenge.

Oh, you Marlins fans just have to go and spoil the party.
There is nothing more fun than to strike unmitigated fear in lefties than by invoking the "dirty war"/
Yeah, you are right. KZ and mass murder is a left-wing invention. All the way back to the Jacobians massacres of the Vendee during the "French Republic."

What's the web site you are using that is showing results?

'Zactly. We were looking pretty hard at MS election law after l'affaire Lott and he was making noises about leaving the Senate if he couldn't be ML. Musgrove could have appointed an interim Rat Senator in Lott's place.

Paul Wolfowitz is a Democrat. Wolfowitz is a Republican:
From Henry M. "Scoop" Jackson Distinguished Service Award
"Indeed, when our national security was at stake, Scoop Jackson was above partisan politics. There are many of us, many I think in this room, who are proud to say, as I am, I am a "Scoop Jackson Republican." [Applause] And we are proud to work with Republicans and Democrats and Independents and Americans of all political persuasions, because when it comes to national security, we are all Americans. [Applause]"

He's sent a video tape to GOP activists in GA. He doesn't have good name ID. He doesn't have elected office experience and Georgia voters care about that. He also isn't "buying" the seat. He's just raising and spending money like a regular candidate-- and he can't afford to just play by those rules. Benson is governor of NH because he spent his money. He's been a great governor and has a 58% job approval. No one is mad that he spent so much of his money on the race.

Ashcroft will have a hard time getting renominated. Rumsfield might, too, if he is invited back I understand your meaning (though I disagree with you), but I believe the term is "confirmed". Only the President can nominate. The Senate gives advice and consent.

I remember thinking, if only Lott can hold on for 1 more year, surely an R can win in MS!

A little. Probably not as bitter as you are about the beating the Hogs gave Texas in Austin earlier this season.
