I was listenin' to my tape of Jerry Clower (late of Yazoo City, Mississippi) and his Coon' Huntin' story, as well as his account of Marcel Ledbetter and the chainsaw, and noticing how much Jerry Clower and Haley Barbour have in common. Ah, the coon hunt. "Knock 'im out, John! HaaaWW!" ;-)

The Democrats won't make McAuliffe step down, for to do so would be admitting that they did something wrong to lose the elections. Instead, they will go on whining about how they didn't get their message out, how they don't get a fair shake on talk radio, and how their views are too "nuanced" for the American people.

It all depends on one's perspective.

Clower's coon-huntin' story and his account of his friend, Marcel Ledbetter, taking a chainsaw to a bar are two of the funniest things I've ever heard.
God Bless Jerry, as he's with Him, now. He helped lots of folks to crack a smile, which ain't a bad epitaph.

Hi !
I've NEVER been over to DU, but enough posts are CCPed to FR, so that I know the lay of the land over there. They're a sorry bunch.
Now you have to disinfect yourself. Those are the rules. LOL
