AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - A five-year-old Dutch girl handed out "sweets" to classmates that turned out to be ecstasy, cocaine and heroin pills, police said on Monday.

The drugs were confiscated by a suspicious teacher before any were consumed at the primary school in Hilversum, southeast of Amsterdam. Police arrested the girl's older brothers aged 21, 19 and 16 and her 43-year-old mother.

Large quantities of soft drugs and hard drugs were found in the car of the eldest brother. The brothers were in custody, but their mother was set free after questioning.

Umm, those are not the rules of logic or dabate. I will stand by my statement. The WOD is a stupid prohibition.

And to go one step further, there is very little business the government has in regulating what its citizens may legally put in their bodies.

Wow, like thanks for the compliment, dude. I never passed 2nd grande because of smoking this far out stuff, you know, like too spaced out and all. Heavy, look at all those wonderful colors.

Tell it to the members of Bush's Cabinet and the Supreme Court who have smoked pot. You have no clue and sound more ignorant every time you post.

Come and watch me getting flamed!

Im not going to flame you. If Holland isnt an Islamic country in 20 years, they will be another backwater 3rd world nation because everyone is stoned and haveing sex with teenage girls becuase its legal. Liberal countries are usually undone by the very vices they champion..

I wonder what the Libertarians got in store for the US after they succeed legalizing pot.

They aren't succeeding. Sheesh even in the state of Nevada, home of "sin city" Las Vegas, they could barely get 40% of the vote for a pot legalization referendeum in November 2002, even with a big push of cash from the "Daddy Warbucks" of the drug legaliziation movement, socialist and Hillary friend, George Soros.

They lost and yet they(Libertarians) live in a delusional rationalization, that somehow they won.

You can see that delusional rationalization with every post MrLeRoy makes on FR, IMO.

Knighthawk do a search on FR, with the words "marijuana" and "Nevada" and you would see that LeRoy was the major impetus behind the posting of the posts. BTW, you have to look at the dates before November 2002.

LeRoy even went to Scotish sources just to find a positive story about his "wonderweed".

It's depreseeing to see, but maybe Holland will serve as an example of what happens if people start to legalize stuff. It starts out innocent...

Great info, thanks. More proof legalization is a commie idea.

New Poll: 41% of Americans Think Marijuana Should be Regulated Like Alcohol

Tues, June 24, 2003

A nationwide poll by Zogby International released today found that 41% of Americans agree that "the government should treat marijuana more or less the same way it treats alcohol: it should regulate it, control it, tax it and only make it illegal for children." This represents a striking increase from previous nationwide polls on making marijuana legal.

Come back when a majority of the people support it.

If you say "No, I don't mean there aren't things that should be prohibited," then you must provide a convincing argument why changing the current drug laws would be a good thing.

If you say "Yes, nothing should be prohibited," then please give me your address. I need some things, and I thought I could save some money by simply taking them from your home.

False dichotomy. Nothing that violates nobody's rights should be prohibited.

Come back(LeRoy) when a majority of the people support it

LeRoy was citing a "speical sauce" Zogby poll. The guy who said that Bush had a 6% lead in California in 2000.

I don't need any 'actual arguments'. I just look around in cities like Venlo or Heerlen and see the results of legalization of drugs. And I don't like it.

Like, we should not have this 'war on drugs'. Yeah dude, drugs should be free for everyone to use, even your children, heavy! Like, war on drugs is bad and like really uncool, you know dude.

You are employing a logical fallacy known as a 'false dilemma.'
