Contrary to what the reports say, the mini-series HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED; IT HAS BEEN MOVED FROM CBS TO SHOWTIME.Don't let folks fool you. This movie is still being made.

It's a win-win -- the left will get to cry "Censorship!", "Chill Wind", "Right-Wing Agenda" ... the "Director's Cut" can air on Showtime complete with a "Behind the Scenes" look at the controversy, interview the stars, etc., all produced by CBS News. All 11 Democrat Showtime subscribers will watch it and love it.
Meanwhile, interest in Reagan generated by the controversy brings to light the fact-based stories on Reagan's accomplishments. And the attempted punch to the face of one our great presidents by a cabal of people with an obvious agenda educates the generally apolitical on exactly how far the Liberal Media-Industrial Complex will go to damage someone that opposes them, up to and including rewriting history.

Zell Miller is also against CBS's airing. And the Dems are having fits that he even is on stage with GWB:

Poor Mr. Streisand. No Emmy for him now.....and y'all know they would have given him one. I'll bet Babs has his toothbrush, razor and golf clubs on their front stoop by tomorrow morning. She's vicious and doesn't like to lose.

In a way its a real shame. With all the heat they are feeling now, I would have like them to have aired and the got the blast right in the face. Guess they got their act saved, relatively speaking.

40. Did it?
"CBS, who is in the business of selling advertising, made a strategic decision not to show a documentary. That's not a free speech issue - the documentary will still be shown via another outlet. Not as accessible, true, but that's not exactly the same as the GOP demanding that all copies of it be collected and burned. Nor is it the same thing as forcing something off of public access cable. The producers are free to make the documentary. CBS, as a corporation, is free to choose what it wants to air.
Meanwhile, all the fuss that the whiners put into getting this taken off of CBS will generate tenfold the interest that there would have been for what promises to be a mediocre-at-best documentary (James Brolin?? Is there ANYTHING good with James Brolin in it?) while at the same time gives the American people the realization that the GOP will employ strongarm tactics to intimidate networks when it doesn't like what it sees, the benefits of which are MUCH greater than any revelations about an 92-year-old man who means nothing anymore.
That's MY perspective. I don't care if the GOP runs NFL football off the air, as long as a Democrat is next in the White House."

I felt so bad for Nancy and President Reagan.
One of the greatest men in Americas history lays dieing, and the demonic anti-god pro-death liberals bring out this hit piece.
It's totaly discusting and any normal human being would never do such a horrable thing.
