I would suggest that read, "Targeted Boycotts Work". Far reaching an broad boycotts burnout quickly but specifically targeting an issue people can understand can be quite effective.

Yes, a lot of us felt from the beginning that the best way to approach this Reagan hit piece was in the bottom line so to speak. By threatening a boycott of sponsors products we got their attention. CBS didn't care since the viewpoint of the film makers match their own. But they do care about the sponsors who equal money.
