At least the lawyer didn't get shot in the back.

That's a bit like posting the X-Rays of the guy that slipped on the bananna peel.
To: ironwill
The shooter is so close the lawyer he could have taken the gun away.
Anyway whose the babe on the phone?
To: demlosers
Geeeeez. I turn on the tv to see the attorney dodging bullets. Listening to John Gibson talking to a witness.

It's Halloween- She could be in Hooter's outfit for that.
All those bystanders, cameramen, media members, and none tried to tackle the perp, it was a plainclothed security guy who finally took him down(though at least that one cameraman tried pointing him out to security).
Rather disgusting.

You can't kill a lawyer with bullets -- especially on Halloween....

Or she's a hooker visiting one of her regulars in his chambers.

They just showed the clip of this on the local news. Cameramen taping the event, armed people standing around and nobody doing a damned thing. That is disgusting. Beyond words disgusting.

After the hooker and briefcase lawyer ignore the shooting, look at the left side of the screen in the very background. You can see two cops standing and watching, not responding, to the sound of the gunshots. One finally leaps into action after the shot lawyer walks onto the side walk.
The shooter seems too crazy to be really committed to killing the lawyer.

Message to self: When shooting your lawyer, do not try to shoot them through the tree. Wait until they come out...

Yes, he did seem more to want to scare the crap out of the lawyer than actually kill him... although he didn't seem to mind wounding him a bit.
What's the charge on this one anyway? Something like "hunting lawyers out of season or without a permit", right?

The assassin is obviously an amateur, and not a very good shot. I really haven't had many opportunities to have to shoot people, but if I did, I'd take my time and do it right like South Vietnamese Police General Loan did in 1968! BTW: Associated Press photographer Eddie Adams who took this famous photo said that the guy taking the slug got what he deserved, as he was a Viet-Cong terrorist.
