After the hooker and briefcase lawyer ignore the shooting, look at the left side of the screen in the very background. You can see two cops standing and watching, not responding, to the sound of the gunshots. One finally leaps into action after the shot lawyer walks onto the side walk.
The shooter seems too crazy to be really committed to killing the lawyer.

Yes, he did seem more to want to scare the crap out of the lawyer than actually kill him... although he didn't seem to mind wounding him a bit.
What's the charge on this one anyway? Something like "hunting lawyers out of season or without a permit", right?

After the hooker and briefcase lawyer ignore the shooting,You should really watch the video and pay attention, the girl runs up to the phone as the shooter has his gun pulled and is approaching the victum, she picks up the phone and doesn't put any money into it. You tell me who is she calling (911) and why she never take her eyes off the shooter and is moving her feet nervously.
Before you start calling people names maybe you should open your eyes and shut your pie hole.
