I'm still wondering why there was no follow-up to the DC sniper shootings. Lots of us Freepers speculated that it was almost a how-to to would-be terrorists. Either they are incapable of it, or are planning something so big that they don't want to endanger that plan (or, they don't want to bother with picking off a half-dozen people when they plan to kill a lot more).
