OMG - I can't even imagine 5,000 sq. ft. We're only 1800 sq. ft. here, 25-year-old tract house in a working-class neighborhood, and we were appraised at $300K+ five months ago when we refinanced.

I said exactly the same thing -- I cannot even imagine what these houses are selling for right now or were selling for in this development. When they said a very expensive development, they were not kidding!
