He may have bought the house before Jodi moved in. Then they agreed to put it in her name -- that gives her the leverage to control him -- while he presses to get rid of Terri. It's pretty much the same thing as a marriage commitment to keep Schiavo "honest."Not that it isn't there somewhere, but I have done a search on Michael and Jodi, and Jodi is the only one with deeds in her name. Michael shows up on nothing with the exception of being the director for the Jerger & Centonze Insurance Agency. Personally, I think it's a ploy to keep any money he has hidden and away from view. He may have paid for part of it, but it's all in Jodi's name. Probably not an uncommon parctice for people who are high-profile personalities, but for your everyday "regular" Joe Schmoe, it's not necessary. Another reason why I suspect Michael of hiding something.

She may not be that conscious now due to the decade of abuse and neglect. But no one can know for certain until she is given therapy and rehab efforts True .. but as long as MS is her guardian he will never allow her to have rehab or therapy
Or shall I say .. extensive rehab & therapy
Something tells me that MS will claim that she is receiving it .. but I doubt it would be very much to speak of

Sorry, and thanks, too. That's what I meant. Teeth cleaned not just brushed.

His brother's name is Scott. Sorry, I don't remember the sister-in-law's name. But you could have a point, there. Keep it in the family.

I taped the second showing of Larry King and have transcribed what Michael said about doing something similar to his parents.
This is Michael Schiavos answer to a question from a woman in Belton, Texas. She asked him if there wasn't a faster and more peaceful way for Terri to die.
Michael:
"Removing somebodys feeding is very painless.
It is a very easy way to die.
Probably the second better way to die. Being the first being an aneurysm.
And, it doesnt bother me at all. Ive seen it happen.
I had to do it with my own parents. So
."
Then the lawyer jumps in and says I wants to make something very clear.
When Michael said "had to" it sounded like "hadda".

Scott Schiavo, Michael's 42-year-old brother who lives in Fairless Hills, Pa.
Michael's sister-in-law, Joan Schiavo, who is married to a different brother

Wow! That transcript is not the way I was remembering it. Appreciate your posting that clarification(?).

I mean I don't think a guy like him would trust his fiancee I find that people who are crooked, dispicable people usually think that someone will do to them what they do to everyone else. Like a guy that is cheating will usually accuse his wife without reason to do so.
I am just curious what he did with his money. Maybe drugs!

Could that be Joanne and Bart?

I played this part several times and checked my final typed version 3 times just listening as I read the final draft.
Next time, and there will be a next time, I'm taping every interview the first time.
I am puzzled that Larry didn't ask a follow-up question. Perhaps the way the lawyer immediately starting talking (no doubt intentionally), the moment was lost.

Schiavo: "My girlfriend right now has done more for Terri than her own mother did."
Hmm. Would that be, (my girlfriend right now) or
(my girlfriend), (right now has done)...
Big difference. The former makes her a girlfriend of the moment.

It looks like The HINO put himself in the TOILET and pulled the little silver handle all by himself doesn't it?
