Courtney Love says she tried to make her recent drugs overdose "fun" for her 11-year-old daughter.
The Hole singer was arrested earlier this month after becoming violent outside a house in Los Angeles.
Hours after she was released by police, she fell ill from an accidental overdose of the narcotic OxyContin.
Love, 39, said her daughter Frances Bean made her green tea as they waited at their Beverly Hills home for an ambulance to arrive.
"That's the only time my daughter has ever, ever, ever pitched in on one of my little crises," Love said.
"I made it fun. I said it was going to be gross and I was going to have to make myself throw up but it was going to be OK," she told People magazine's November 3 edition.
Days later Frances was put in the care of Cobain's mother Wendy O'Connor and a bitter custody battle has since erupted.
Love said: "I'm not on some downward spiral. I'm not on narcotics. I'm fine. I just want my daughter back."
In another interview, Love revealed the battle for Frances was becoming increasingly hostile.
Love has enjoyed a good relationship with O'Connor since Cobain shot himself in 1994 but it soured after her arrest.

I will never understand why this woman is so revered in celebrity circles. So she outlived her junkie husband. Big freaking deal. She's scum in my book.

At least now her daughter is in the competent maternal hands of Kurt Cobain's mother.

What is scarier for Frances Bean? Being raised by her own mother, who is Courtney Love or being raised by her grandmother, who raised her father, Curt Cobain. I fear we will be reading of the third generation of dysfunctionality in the near future...

Oh, yeah . . . Watch Mommy die. Such fun!
BTW, something's fishy here: If the father is Cobain and the Mother is Love, why is the daughter Bean?
To: StatesEnemy
I just must not be fun enough for my kids. I have never taught them how fun the stomach pump is, or how many Oxycontin can fit in the cargo pockets of my pants, or the coolest places on the body to stick an IV needle or a tattoo (or both).
Why doesn't Family Fun Magazine have a section on Junkie Crafts for Noddy Afternoons???

I've perused that site before and I don't think it presents the best case for Cobain being murdered (unless it's changed recently). But the book featured down the page, 'Who Killed Kurt Cobain?,' is very good. I read it several years ago and the case that it makes is actually convincing, non-conspiracy theorist stuff. Completely contrary to the glowing bios you see of Courtney Love on cable TV.

Good Question....

Gee, do ya' think the Hollywierdos and the Empty-V degenerates will criticize, ridicule and reject this no-talent, tick-infested, whorebag junkie like they did Limbaugh???

Okay Francis we're gonna play a game - no, not the shotgun game, Daddy's not here - we're gonna play a NEW game. It's called "Stuff your piehole with enough drugs to kill a horse (like me) and then try to vomit up as many pills as you can before you pass out and choke to death on your own puke" - Come on... it'll be FUN! You can even make some tea! [/Courtney Love]

If the father is Cobain and the Mother is Love, why is the daughter Bean?
Haha. Courtney Love's real birth name was Michelle Harris. She never took the "Cobain" name (though she took all of his money). Bean is the girl's middle name.

Let's see here. This child had a father that gets loaded and swallows a gun, a mother that ODs in front of her and she's going to be alright? I don't think so! But, then we have her mother, that is a sorry junkie and sociopath that enjoys green tea as she, and her daughter wait for EMS. Am I clear on this?
Jesus, save us from what we are, or what we have become. This is not exceptable, it is criminal. These people must be told.....NO! That is the problem. She is a loser, she should not be permitted to make that child a loser as well.
