Federal officials arrested more than 300 illegal workers at 61 Wal-Mart stores across the country early Thursday morning.

I understand that Pres. Fox (D-Mexico) is coming to the US to discuss immigration. Any chance that we can get an agreement that will alow US citizens the right to immigate to Mexico and hold jobs, buy property, vote and get drivers licenses? If we are going to vast imgration north how about letting some of us go south?

Especially considering that every last one of them is statistically a flight risk. Since when does a court OR a known flight risk?

Hell, they don't even show up to traffic court.........And they think they're going to show up to a deportation/INS hearing....

300 illegals out of 60 stores comes to about 5 illegal per store. They could have arrested 300 or more in one large swoop during the freedom ride.

Hey Joe !!......no point in us 'citizens' getting too riled about this latest fiasco......all other concerned are happy.

The gov't got a 'big headline' to *prove* they are doing their job. (also spent big bucks busting 60 stores @ once)

The employer will get off just with a warning. (they rarely ever pay a fine)

This took place "early' this AM, so the illegals have had time to hit the nearest street corner & secure new 'legal I.D.' & many will be back to work tomorrow.
