Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

Were you aware that adultery is illegal in Florida? And were you aware that it is a violation of federal law for the hospice to accept Terri in the first place? There is just SO much wrong with this story and with those in control....and control is what it is about for them, control and money.

Then does MS fear that if Terri recovers, she pecks out something on a computer keyboard or something like that? Does MS fear not just loss of insurance money, but also a life prison term (some of the prison population may make that a short life prison term)?

If the government starts digging, it can probably find enough evidence to convict Mr. "Menendez" Schiavo of Attempted Murder, whether or not Terri ever again communicates.

The key, though, will be for an honest guardian ad litem to start demanding certain records.

Especially given Schiavo's recent actions, I think that Terri's death would provide sufficient probable cause for the state to subpoena such records without a guardian ad litem having to request them. Indeed, I would hope his actions would be sufficient basis for the state to expidite such subpoenas to make it abundantly clear to Michael that killing Terri won't save him.

Boy that man is dispicable. But still, pray for Terri first and foremost.

Yes, Michael is a bully and more.

And he has held us ALL hostage with his little snits and bullying tactics -- not only Terri's family now, but those at the vigil/protest, the governor, the courts. His lawyer and any in power who did not scrutinize Terri's situation with fresh eyes are complicit in this, fellow bullies.

So this law leaves Schiavo as the practical guardian. And the "guardian" has the power to direct everything. The guardian ad letim just represents Terri's interest in court. In Greer's court, she had no GAL. I don't see how a GAL will change anything in this tragic case. And the GAL that the new judge is recommending supposedly also has ties to a hospice or even THIS hospice.

Is there no one for the Schindlers monitoring her throughout the night? I don't see how she survives this night if the vigil is maintained only by her killers.

But from what I have read about and the actions of her husband and his lawyer during this whole case .. I don't trust them at all

Then common sense tells me that she has been without food and water for 6 days .. I would tend to think she is not fully hydration in less then 24 hours

If Terri needed some type of medical intervention to stabalize her, Schiavo, as guardian could decline. In that case the hospital, not being allowed to treat her, would discharge her.

I fear the worst.

If she needs medical attention to stabalize and she isn't getting it, she is dying.

The executive oreder required feeding to be resumed. That means any action needed, including any necessary medical treatment to make that possible, be taken regardless of Schiavo's protestations.

Oh my God, no!!!!! Oh, dear Lord in Heaven!

Today, on the phone with a girlfriend, I said, "you know, if I were the Schindlers, I'd go into seclusion, because Michael has never had better chances of being found out." He is becoming more and more desperate as word has been getting out to our FL legislature, the Governor, the media and well, the *world*, that there's quite a bit of evidence that's pointing fingers at Michael.

Things he's said in the past, the things that man has done to sabotage Terri's health...

It sickens me to think that Florida thought of everything, except the fact that this man is a cornered dog??? Why the HELL were there no guards?????????????????
