The Bill was composed in minutes. The Senate amended it at rocket speed. Most of the time was spent debating. It's surprising it's as good as it is.

Son of a uterus posessing canine?

OK....we all...well, "some" of us, see Michael Damien Schiavo as a spawn of Satan.

If Schiavo were an Arab, I'd show him the sole of my shoe.

How many of us have no trouble coming up with dozens of instances where the "experts" failed miserably?

Well, my Dad is a living example. He's supposed to have been dead for the last 8 years, and is still with us.

Death is not the enemy in this case.

Death is the final destination for all of us but it is the deliberate HASTENING of death that we frown upon in society. We aren't legally permitted to beat 90-year-olds to death even though they are closer to death than most of us.

We don't receive a lesser sentence for murdering an old codger by arguing, "Aw hell, the old coot was pert-near a goner anyway! He had lost control of his bowels, was damn near blind, had lost his mind and was always fondling the breasts of the nurses takin' care of him. He was breathin perfectly good air the rest of us could use to more productive purposes and the old fart had no place to spend the money I stole from him."

Either life is precious or it is not. This case is about preserving the sanctity of life especially when the human being is unable to care for herself.

In my opinion, it is one important way we can still separate ourselves from beasts, if we can still draw any distinction.

That's what I was thinking. Knowing that the order was to give food and water, he'll give it, but not without moving her, stressing her, anything he can think of to add to her already weakened state. Hoping she dies from this, he can come forward with his vile lawyer and say she died of natural causes, and suffered tremendously because of the Governor's orders.

Filthy sack of ....

Please find an email from Delegate Marshall in response to mine:

Dear Delegate Marshall:

I applaud your efforts in aiding Terri Schiavo; may God bless you one hundred times over. One thing that I am confused about: the legislature passed a law putting a moritorium on Terri's situation, although Michael is still the legal guardian, what can he do to her and not break the new law? Also, is Terri under 24 hour guard...I sure hope so.

Thank you again,

His response:

The Jeb Bush people are not doing any follow-up of Terri to any extent. That is part of the problem in Florida. I called his Chief of Staff - Denver Stottle, and have not yet have received a return call. The family needs a political contact next to Bush to get things done, or else Terri will die.

I was interviewed by ABC in Wsahington DC tonight. I said that because of the trail of civil rights abuses of Terri, the Bush Administration is the only thing standing bertween Terri and death. It will be on the 11:00 news here, channel 7. I hope it gets their attention.

Del. Bob Marshall

PS Say a few prayers, and have your friends do the same. I sent almost 15 faxes to major political figures here in DC including the White House. I was praying as I faxed these letters, and each one went through on the first try. Heaven is helping. We have to keep helping back.

I want to know why a judge can take more than 5 days to appoint a new guardian after the Terri's Bill was signed. I think the whole Pinelles judicial system is in cahoots on thsi and they all need voted out of office or impeached if possible

Mr. John Ashcroft, the Michael Schiavo, Gorge Felos, Judge Greer, Mary Labyak, Peter Singer quintet are now in VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW:

But it appears that this board (and all its members) has no shame. They are willing to violate the federal law that forbids admitting non-terminal patients into hospice.

If you FReep than we demand they be ARRESTED NOW!!!

This family needs to hire their own security (someone with medical knowlege) right now.

I know, but there should have been something that would have gotten her out of their clutches. Nobody with eyes and a brain could believe that Schiavo and Felos have honorable intentions towards Terri. No one!

Hi Mol,

My sister is an ER nurse and mentioned to me today that they often reinsert feeding tubes of patients when their tubes come disconnected.

I never expected this. She could not have been stabilized that quickly.

This man will do anything to kill her. If he succeeds in killing her, I want an autopsy done and the books audited.

"Yeah if Terri is alive he can't go forward with his wedding"

Of course he could. All he would have to do would be to grant her a divorce. But wait, then he could not control weather she lives or dies or who can and cannot have access to her.

This guy needs to be looked at real hard.
