Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

Good one, and yes we need to really get the word out. I believe this is what is to happen. We have to pray that God guide and and put the words in our mouths to speak whatever is his wish for all to hear.

That is the key issue and the one we really need to harp on over the next weeks as this thing gets dragged through the courts and the Constitution (US and state) is furthur mucked up.

Maybe when he took out a life insurance policy on Terri. And didn't we read in all these articles that he is supposedly going to school or a respiratory therapist? Is that part of the PR ploy as well? Make us think that Michael is a saint that has Terri's best interests and only her interests at hand?

Yes, that is more reason to start reporting him. You see, the assets he is hiding to qualify for medicaid are also assets that belong to Terri and he is giving them to his girlfriend. I would sure like to see how she can afford a $250,000 house and add a $15,000 pool. Of course he probably used the money from Terri's trust. If anything a guardian ad litem should have made sure her portion of marital assets was protected, ESPECIALLY since her husband is now legally repsonsible for 2 children. If she wasn't disabled, a divorce attorney would have started proceedings to protect her share of marital assets.

I e-mailed them as soon as I heard they might get involved. I wonder if we aren't taking the wrong approach here though. Has any one considered that this is a "hate crime" against the disabled? If it were covered as such, maybe some of the elderly and disabled would jump in and help us out.

Yesterday, I was looking around the Dark Side (aka DU) to see what they were saying about Terri. I noticed that a few there apparently have old accounts here that they have been using to troll the Terri threads. Maybe we should spread the word so everyone realizes many, if not all, of the trollers are liberals from DU and not worth arguing with?

Christine Busalacchi's dad was quoted in an article i read yesterday supporting Michael Schiavo. It wasn't surprising of course, but it shows that evil really is coming together here in this fight.

Good morning friends!! I hope that we are all awake and that we are giving God glory for this day that He has created. I began my day by thanking Him for the breath that He has mercifully given me. For the love of my family and for the health of the same.

I spent some time in prayer last night and I want to encourage each and every one of you that God is still in control. I can't do much more than what I have done. I don't have earthly connections that would be of any help. I don't have the mind of a legal scholar who can miraculously come up with something new and untried. But, I must say that I do have faith in a Mighty God. One who delivers from evil and who is faithful to care for and provide for us in times of trial and need.

I am not an eloquent writer or speaker but what I say comes from my heart. I would encourage you all to "be not weary in your well doing for in due season you will reap if you faint not" ( Galatians 6:9 ).

If you don't mind, I have a prayer on my heart that I would like to share with you.

Heavenly Father, this morning you have chosen to let us all see another day. Your mercies have been poured out on us because of your love for us. For that we thank you.

Lord, our work, on behalf of Terri and anyone else who may be in such a perilous situation is not yet done. Help us to put into action whatever talents you have blessed us with to continue this fight on her behalf. Guide us today as we discuss, research but, especially as we pray for wisdom in this situation. By your precious spirit, minister to us collectively and individually as to what you desire from us in this case.

Jesus, last night I was reminded of how you, an innocent man, was put to death for our sins. Jesus, you have walked this road that Terri is now on. As a man, You know what it is like to be condemned despite having done no wrong. Terri's mistake was to place her trust in a man, under the covenant of marriage in which he became her covering, to love her, to protect her, and to be with her until death do them part. Father, that man has failed to do these things that he swore to do. Ftaher we trust that you will not. As that man has forsaken her to lie with another woman in sin we know that you will be faithful to her. Jesus, be Terri's covering for she has lost her earthly covering.

Now Precious Savior, according to your word, there is no temptation known to man for which you have not made a way of escape from. Lord, we ask for the way of escape to be revealed. Because we recognize that your timing is not ours we ask that until that way of escape is revealed we ask that, according to your word, no weapon formed against Terri will propser. Let every tongue that rises to condemn her be silenced.

Father, we are keenly aware that this battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities in high places to the pulling down of strongholds. Because of this Lord, again I ask for our hearts to be moved for those those who desire her death for their own gain. Surely they are blinded by their lusts and greed. May today be the day that your spirit contends with their hearts. May today be the day of their salvation. Be with them as well Father for without you they have no hope and we know, according to your word, that it is not your desire that any man perish. Lord, I remind you of Saul of Tarsus who persecuted your people. Just as you gave him a life changing revelation of who you are, to the point that he changed his name and declared himself the chiefest of sinners and proclaimed your word and your glory to the world, may you give these men a life changing revelation of who you are and use them for your glory.

Father we thank you for the unity among us. Father, surely we have sought your hand in this situation but move us Lord to seek your face. For therein is the glory that you desire to reveal to us and to this lost and dying world.

"Terri's parents signed guardianship over to Schiavo on the Good Faith that he would take care of her, as he told the court he would when he was trying to cash in on the malpractice suit, he said he would take care of Terri and provide rehablilitation which he has not done. "




It seems to me that Michael became the guardian under FALSE PRETENSES, by testifying UNDER OATH that he would take care of Terri for the rest of his life, and convincing the Schindlers of this, thus prompting them to act in good faith and let him assume guardianship.

This is so WRONG. In my opinion, there should be a way to remedy this for the Schindlers to resume guardianship.
After all, they HAD guardianship at one time, and only relinquished it because Michael led them to believe he would take care of her, not cause her to be starved to death!

His guardianship should be null and void, in my opinion.

That is why I contacted them. She is disabled. Who is to say that this situation can't happen to the disabled elderly. There needs to be a net for any legal guardian when questions arise. I have to tell you though that, I am having to remind myself who is in charge here. Our faith is really being tested. Terri overcomes one obstacle and another rears it's head. Now the ACLU involved. We need to continue to pray for the endurance to fight for her because I don't know about yall but I'm getting tired.
