News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

Yet the attorney for the parents of Schiavo's wife, Terri, the brain-damaged woman at the center of a contentious end-of-life case, says Michael Schiavo was seen shopping at an upscale Tampa mall in recent days.

On the contrary, I think Terri's dad and brother do very well at getting their talking points over. Especially in the brief seconds they're allowed.
The problem is the choice of other guests and commentators. I can't think of one who has stated the pro-Terri side as well as the Schindler men do.
I read townhall.com regularly, it's dismaying that so few conservative commentators have mentioned Terri. They had plenty to say about Rush and Kobe.
Sadly, I think it needs a famous face, as well as a good presenter of argument.

When someone becomes incapacitated without having written health care directives, does that person lose all their rights as a U.S. Citizen, who has a disability who can't speak but can communicate? Terri's brother was on Greta Van Sustenance tonight. It was their dad's birthday tonight. They had a birthday party in Terri's room. She was smiling. She's a human being. They want to kill her. There is nothing constitutional about that. Terri's constitutional rights outweigh any arguments regarding the separation of powers. That is my opinion if you combine the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Civil Rights Act.

Greta was really bothered by the whole starvation-dehydration directives. Her guests were friends of Felos imo who opined after Terri's brother was on.

Do you realize that there was over 1 million dollars (Austin Powers) and now there's only 55K - 65k left. Judge Greer, Attorney Felos and guardian Michael Schiavo weren't very good stewards of Terri the ward's money. We need three prison outfits and a good old fashioned rock pile for them.

How about this? What if one of them is a shareholder at a nursing home who was paid to house Terri so they benefited financially individually or together for a number of years? I'm just asking questions because I'm tired. Freepmail me if anything turns up. Probably a long shot anyway.

I know what you mean. I don't recall any dreams about terri, but when I pray for her, and when she is on my mind, I picture that room in the Hospice. Knowing Michael and his hatred for Terri ("Is the bitch dead yet?"), I imagine a sterile room, and I see Terri in there, the steril lights, cold surroundings, alone, suffering with no way to tell anyone....anyone who would care.

Yes...that is very close to what I picture, also, and more. Ever since reading the excerpts from Felos' book where he writes about getting up into the faces of comatose and PVS patients and yelling at them, "DO YOU WANT TO DIE? DO YOU WANT TO DIE?", I imagine that Felos visits Terri frequently and yells these things in her face. Both Felos and Shiavo can visit Terri as long and as often as they want, behind closed doors, where no one knows what they're saying to her.

It's become nearly impossible for me to sleep.

I appreciate your thoughtfulness and support. I did manage to finally tear myself away long enough to go fix something to eat. Food just hasn't been real high priority to me the past few days. I'm determined to finish reading this thread and then I will get some sleep. It seems to have slowed down a bit, possibly due to the fact that someone posted the Nurse Iyers affadavit on its own thread. I thought to stick around over there, but I'm not in the mood for fending off trolls, and there appeared to be a lot of contention so I figured I'd come back here for the duration.

Your statement reminded me of the last words of Anne Frank in the Netherlands, where euthanasia is so popular now. As she was taken off by the Nazis, she said that she still believed in the goodness of humanity. How said to have been deceived by such evil!

Is there any way we can block cremation if they kill her in the next week? Shouldn't there be some order to try to prevent cremation and the destruction of evidence? Has someone threatened Schiavo's life again?
