I don't know if it makes a difference or not, but I think Greer in the sixth judicial circuit.

As I recall from reading the 1000's of posts since I found out about Terri (mid-August),
the terrible twosome hooked up in 1998, and the lawsuit followed immediately.
It's amazing that Michael could evince such concern for Terri before a jury UNDER OATH, promise to care for her for the rest of her life, win a large settlement, and several years later suddenly remember that in a casual conversation Terri said "no tubes for me", THEN hire the "right-to-die" lawyer, WHO just happened to be the CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF HOSPICE, where Terri has spent the last 3 years languishing, without ANY THERAPY, all because she may have mentioned in a casual conversation, "no tubes for me".
Truly amazing.

It seems there are an awful lot of facts in this case that have escaped notice, until now anyway. Just joining you tonight. Have been E-Mailing again - one to Justice David Demes, the judge who is supposed to appoint the guardian. I mentioned in the letter that this case is much bigger than O.J. Simpson trial.
Also wrote Attorney General Crist. Told him we all(thousands of us around the world) DEMAND he arrest Michael Schiavo for attempted murder, abuse, perjury at the malpractice trial and for breaking the law that the governor just signed. It hasn't been declared null and void yet. Also suggested a restraining order for Michael, his family and his girlfriend.
Mentioned that around here (Calif) people are talking about a complete and total boycott of Florida and it's products. Also, have heard from friends in other parts of the country that they have changed their minds about retiring to Florida. It's just not safe there!

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1006264/posts Very important thread about another infamous recent example of unconstitutional judicial activism, and some solutions for how we can begin to drive them back.
Pay special attention to U.S. Senator Allard's new bill in post #15...

Blood already running almost down to liquid nitrogen temperatures, reading about these creeps.

I would like to know how much life insurance is taken out on her? That is the big question now! Maybe that helped jar his memory that she wanted to die so he could collect more money!
The husband has declined to comment on whether there is an outstanding life insurance policy on his wife.
CNN correspondent John Zarrella contributed to this report.

Off topic, but was Terri being treated for her eating disorder? If so, was she on the road to recovery? Was this disorder something she had recently developed, or had she been struggling with it for years?
Just curious as to what was going on before her "heart attack"

It boggles the mind.

This is just so tragic. How can this sadistic SOB be allowed ANY say whatsoever? Don't they see yet that he is a murderer??? God, please MAKE THEM SEE!

Mike, I don't when I have been this upset. It is like the gates of hell have been opened and every demon it has contained since creation began has been unleashed on our nation....on the world. I don't mean just this case, but the events of the past months and even years, but Terri's story just puts a specific face on the innocence that is being destroyed and the evil behind it.

Did you read the actual affidavit from the one nurse on Terri's site? It got my blood boiling! The judges just ignored it! The justice system has failed Terri by the corrupt and/or complete incompetence of one judge.

"TERRI SCHIAVO MISSING-REMOVED FROM HOSPITAL"Okay, that's it!!! Is it just me, or does anyone else think Terri' plight is starting to look like an episode of the X-Files?! -Sheeeeesh!-I fully expect "the Smoking Man" to emerge from the shadows at any moment...
(Seriously though, this is just bizzare. I have the feeling that this won't go over too well with Jeb and the Florida legislature.)
It does kind of seem like the reason there are so many problems, is that there is massive corruption here. It's very strange and keeps getting stranger. There is definatley some thing wrong-Schiavo+Felos+Greer=UP TO NO GOOD. Its just a matter of proving it.
Pray for Terri
