Just as I thought. One of the articles on the issue (CNN) said that such a hearing was going to be held.

Who is telling the family's attorney that she isn't getting anything? Wouldn't that hospital then be in violation of the law? Sometimes ER's and medical facilities, generally, take a good bit of time to set up administratively so it could be in process of being set up?

How can this be legal? The Governor has issued an order for the procedure to be done. I am under the understanding that the separation of powers means that the courts cannot intervene.

It is my thinking that if the hospital and most of all an ER is denying her medical care after this law has been sign .. they are in violation and CAN be sued for malpractice

Waiting for word.
According to Gov. Bush's order, medical professionals were supposed to immediately start on rehydration, order delivered to the Hospice courtesy of the police.
Felos, Greer and Schiavo have careers riding on Terri's death. Sad to say, but I believe.
E-mail one more time, please. Esp. Gov. Bush to let him know his order is being refused.
Then e-mail all of Terri's exploiters again, please:

All the news stations have been reporting that the tube was ordered to be put back in and that there is nothing Michael can do about it because the bill passed and was filed before anything he was trying to do so, I'm not sure what else is going on.
To: Bogey78O
I thought that Dr's were on standby to do this??? If they aren't doing it aren't they in clear violation of the law?

Lord hear our prayers. They are so committed to killing this woman it is simply unbelieveable.

Powerful forces are definitely working on both sides of the issue right now, and I doubt we're getting a full picture of the true facts as of this moment.
I don't think emails sent this evening are going to suddenly spur someone to action. The action is already underway.

I honestly don't think the hopital would have admitted her if they didn't intend to follow the Governor's order. If they didn't want to obey the order they could have just refused to admit her, right?

Here is a question .. can a Judge order the refusal to put in the tube until this hearing??

Please see #9.
I don't understand how it's legal, either. Simply what's being reported from a Freeper who's close to the situation, live from the Hospice.

Is this evil not as clear as the bright blue sky??

If they didn't want to obey the order they could have just refused to admit her, right? Unless her husband and his lawyer went shopping for a Judge
There is more going on then we know is my guess
