The rule of law is not the problem ... the laws stand firm. The problem is a feckless chief executive in the one-third co-equal branch of Florida's government. This is not an issue of the governor not having legal standing, it is an issue of the governor failing to act upon his sworn duties.

If you read the amicus brief he filed on Terri's behlf, you see that his own legal team devined the essence of this controversy, yet the governor is refusing to act on that which he has the full legal authority to do, which is suspend (not cancel, for that would be a violation of his powers) execution of a suspect judge's ruling which will result in irreversible consequence should the ruling be fulfilled then later findings cancel the judge's ruling authority.

Judge Greer has failed miserably to exercise his state's guardianship responsibilities regarding the guardian HE appointed for the now ward, Terri Schiavo. Greer has aided and abetted the raiding of Terri's rehabilitation trust fund, has refused to hold Michael Schiavo to even the minimum standards for guardians, and failed to remove a guardian the judge knows is defrauding and abusing via neglect the ward whom the judge placed in Michael's care! THAT injustice is the responsibility of the governor to address for investigation. He would not be cancelling the judge, merely suspending execution of the ruling of the corrupted, malfeasant judge until thorough investigation can occur! I now accuse Governor Bush of malfeasance, failing to fulfill his oaths tot he state and federal constitutions and to the citizens of the state of Florida. as chief law enforcement officer for the state, if he doesn't hvae the authority ... well, there's not a grain of rice in China! His feckless excuse drivelling is sickening.

Looks like permission from Medical Examiner will be needed to cremate Terri's body
