I thought of that. But I would assume that the bleach was diluted by water by the guy who said he had a problem after his wife cleaned their toilet with bleach. I'm really not sure whether bleach and human urine would cause a problem. But I would not want to be the person assigned to mixing the brew!

So for one in their lives the Palestinians are grateful for something the Jews did? Jeez...even their conspiracy theories lack any semblance of logic.

Phosphoric acid and bleach are a bad combo.

Would urine have enough ammonia in it to cause a reaction with the bleach? Yes. I don't know if it deadly but it is very irritating to the eyes and lungs.

"I don't know if it deadly but it is very irritating to the eyes and lungs".....
perhaps just enough to keep passangers on a flight from fighting back? Then what do the terrorists do, they are breathing the same air...all good questions.
Also, I heard recently that the terror level wasn't elevated but we were supposed to be watching out again. Could it be that the terrorists are trying to distract us by making us think it would be an air strike when it could very well be an attack on our water systems or nuclear facilities?

Oh, joy. I'm flying Southwest Airlines tonight.

I doubt this would be a problem if the blonde just closed her eyes and held her breath.

Nearly knocked myself out once peeing into a toilet my wife had filled with bleach!! You must have been dehydrated. Sounds like the urea in your urine (ammonia based compound) reacted with the bleach in the toilet to make chlorine gas.

Yes. I don't know if it deadly but it is very irritating to the eyes and lungs. Sure seems like there are any number of cheap, homegrown ways to incapacitate the passengers on a plane. Everyone always says "Nobody will dare hijack a plane because the passengers will rush the hijackers."
The only problem for the hijackers is preventing themselves from being incapacitated by whatever is sprayed in the air. I have some ideas on that, but don't want to give any terrorist wannabes out there any ideas.

When I was younger I was just a 3 X 5 index card. And as a baby you were a hanging chad in the 1960 Kennedy/Nixon Election.

A friend of mine is a pilot and he says security is so tight that he has no fear of terrorism at all. I was really surprised. But he did say not to fly a non-American carrier. That's where the danger is. I'm not sure what to think these days. My daughter wants to fly to Scotland over spring break. I'm still contemplating.

FoxNews: Per the FAA/Airlines, the searches will not cause any delays.
lol.
So, those currently onboard or getting ready to board---pot luck? Take your chances? Hope for the best? That's comforting!
