Yes, it was a classic series. Grady Little is gonna take a huge amount of condemnation.

Yanks win.

Now, you see, that's a championship club. They don't let something trivial like a fan grabbing at a ball or having their backs up against the wall beat 'em. They find a way to beat you is what they do. With a team like the Yankees, even the lesser names on the club can beat you. You don't ever count a proven winner out.

Joe Torre is a magician. I never lost faith.

Enjoy it now. Next year, he'll be managing for the Red Sox.

To sum up this series;

Wins came through the Babe and a goat with foul balls.

Go Marlins!!!!

Look at the bright side at least the Red Sox probably tired out Riverva so he might not be available/effective for Game 1 and 2

Amazing, isn't it? A couple of days ago this could have been Cubs v. Sox. Turned out to be Marlins v. Yankees.

I'll see baseball again next year.

Whoever said the Sox had smart managers?

Now it's the Mercenaries versus the Team With No Fans.

This has certainly been the best year of the Championship Series. Just amazing play. Perhaps Will Pitt will take the opportunity to slit his wrists.
