I chose to put this on Breaking News because it just came on as Breaking NEWS on her website. PLEASE ,PLEASE go to the website http://www.terrisfight.org and read the letters that have just been sent to Jeb Bush in regards to the Terri Schiavo case. JEB BUSH can LEGALLY STOP THIS. CALL his office, CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES, CALL and email the media.THE CLOCK is ticking to save her life.

Sorry if this post isn't " polished" and " refined" but I am not a seasoned " poster" here on FR.

Why should anyone outside the family have a say in this?

Which family do you mean? The husband that tried to kill her? Or, the parents that want to take care of her?

Your heartless answer explains why Nazism was able to rise in Germany.

Well stated and exactly what I was thinking. We're breeding a "dangerously" immoral and self-righteous group of thugs in this country.

Should anyone outside of OJ's family have a say in what he did to hiw wife? If Mr. Schiavo committed a crime, and is now obstructing justice, you think that is a private matter?

All these people that say can speak seem to enjoy making things up or is it merely attributing their meaning to the random noises emananting from Terri?

Unlike YOU, I don't make things up to make a point.

So, if your spouse tried to murder you, you would want her to get away with it?

I called and told his office workers that the freepers will not give up on this issue just because Terri has passed.

This is huge and we want answers , even though we support him and love him, he will need to answer.

I told the guy to tell Jeb to that I said "stand up and be a patriot, a man and a leader." I also said I expect him to put his politcal career on the line, or he may not have a poltical carrer to worry about anymore. I said that would be sad to me as well. Please Jeb.. DO something.. do not be a wuss.

What does the family want to do?

They want to have the feeding tube put back in and have therapy for her. Therapy that they have FOUGHT to allow her to have for 13 YEARS. Therapy/REHABilitation that the husband has repeatedly refused her. They want her to have a chance. The videos of her CLEARLY show that she wants this. She has a WINNING, WARM SMILE.

Everyone, link to these documents and send them out through email to all the news sites you can get your hands on. Most of the liberal media may jump in just BECAUSE it is a difficult position for Jeb. He has on obligation to halt this it looks like, and if the libs get in there, they may just try to force the issue!

In a court of law they say that if you don't believe one thing a witness says, than you can't believe anything. I don't believe for one iota of one second that Michael Schiavo, whether guilty or innocent, would tell his wife's nurse how rich he would be when she died and all the fabulous things he was going to buy for himelf.

The real question is: would you want to be starved to death which could take two to three weeks or more? Wouuld you want someone to inflict a painful, agonizing death on you?

I know I wouldn't... and I wouldn't subject anyone to that kind of torture... Anyone who would is a monster. I've gone through extreme dehydration and it is very painful. Ever have a charlie horse? That is what it feels like all over your body.

Thank you for bringing up that point.

Mr. Schiavo has the same expression in his eyes as Mr. Peterson.

His wife is obviously not in a "vegetative state". The only people in a "vegetative state" here are the customary suspects - the courts and attorneys.

Death may come more quickly, because Terri is not only being starved, she's being dehydrated. She could die in 3 or 4 days instead of 10-14.

Death by dehydration is also extremely unpleasant. Perhaps to make it seem "peaceful," Terri has been "sedated" by the medical staff.

Death row murderers are also "sedated" before execution by lethal injection. Makes it all nicer for observers, doesn't it?

Since you are too lazy or too stubborn to read the information provided and need proof provided by others to make a decision based on more than your superior wisdom I made it short and simple for you. This is about 2 sentences, thats all you said you could handle:

The brief filed by the Governor sets forth significant reasons to believe..the law is... being violated because “Terri’s right to life is violated by the state when the state, acting as her guardian, assumes that her wish to live without artificial sustenance is the same as a wish not to be fed at all. The state has an ‘unqualified’ interest in life.” Moreover, Terri is being denied oral sustenance, which creates “an unnecessary conflict with Florida Statutory law by implying that physicians may cooperate with a person’s alleged express wish not to feed herself . . . .” A denial of Terri’s right to life under these circumstances, it appears, results in a violation..
