Of course we need to fight abortion, but in this particular case it is something that is going to set a new and horrible precedent. Something like this doesn't happen everyday, do we want this to become common? Do you feel comfortable living in a country where it's ok to kill off the weak and defenseless? If he can pardon people, I don't see why he can't pardon Terri from this death sentence, or at least do something.

Again... and you know this how... isn't it naive to think you know what you could not know? What has he spent money on other than lawyers to get Terri killed. Who knows what they charged. She is not allowed any medical treatment and for the last 4 years she has been in a hospice owned / and or run by his lawyer. You tell me how you know anything other than that. I am not naive enough to just believe some guy on a thread who throws insults around like water. That in itself tells me you are not a serious thinking person.

This is rediculous. If several hundred thousand dollars is put in trust, how it is spent is recorded. There is so much court involvement that to allege murder is just wacked. You mean the judge (in cahoots with some lawyer), his secretary, his clerk and his wife wants to kill this woman - get a grip.

I sure don't! But google up a list of the richest women in the US, I guarantee you there'll be at least one who has no difficulty measuring up the likes of Michael Schiavo.
In fact I'd be surprised if there were one who couldn't.

If Judge Greer is criminally remiss, has impropriety, criminally negligent as well as the 2nd DCA being criminally negligent in accepting hearsay evidence and false examinations which say Terri is PVS that should make their judgements null and void and Greer acts as a Guardian of Terri and represents the State of Florida. Jeb represnts the State of Florida and has the obligation to yank Greer out of his chair by suspention by law and then assume guardianship to make Terri a ward of the state or give guardianship back to the parents who love her. Michael can go to hell for his lies, he and Greer can be punished for depleting Terri's rehab fund and not giving her rehab, etc. that is against the law! Now tell me why he can't do anything?! Separation of powers my ass. He is the Governor and has the obligation and power to step in and make this stop.

All I have said is there no $. How long do you think medical bills could get paid at thousand of dollars a day? There is no $. There is no conspiracy to kill this woman. If you have questions ask them: but, don't be clintinoid and throw out foolish theories to see what other nuts endorse them.

In the eyes of the law, this is not a death sntence, but rather a withholding of care. Unfortunately, that is how the law is written. The President or the Governor could try a pardon, but it would be thrown out by the courts, because this is a civil case.

Neither Bush brother is going to break the law, since they are sworn to uphold it. The only way they will be able to stop this is if there is some legal eagle who has thought of a way to circumvent the court decision.

The only suggestion I would have would be for state inspectors to raid the hospice and shut it down. However, I don't know if that would do any good, since you are still left with the fact that Terri doesn't have the feeding tube, and it would take another procedure to reinsert one.

Please quit saying that either Bush brother could do something. They cannot.

Last time I checked I was free to deduce and use my common sense to a conclusion and post it here for discussion in this forum.
