Sounds good to me. Ditch the discord sowers, all of 'em. We have to be able to fight in the primaries and come together in the general election or I might as well jump ship and join the constitution party or something.

On the bright side, our own Freeper Legislator friend, Jonefab, won re-election last night in a landslide! Congratulations!

You listen to Cates too? Do you ever call in?

I haven't... but I came close to doing so this morning. I saw Cates at the election watch party in Topeka last night. I didn't speak with him, but I could tell he wasn't totally happy with the climate.

How about you? Caller?

effect some payback on these creeps for their defection, or if we want to work to build a stronger coalition.

I agree that payback won't work and isn't productive, but we won't be able to build a coalition without some changes at the top. Those who are state leaders who supported the defection HAVE to go or no coalition will ever be possible.

I liked the tone Doug Mays adopted this morning on Cates' show. I think we need to rally behind calm and reasonable voices like Mays. But, I also don't think it hurts if Cates acts as our local Limbaugh and starts up a hue and cry to dump some of these "leaders" who are short on party loyalty.

Mays' opponent ran a very nasty campaign.

Again... she was just as nasty last time. Let's hope she finds something else to do next election. *sigh*

We never heard BOO! from the love-sick Carla

Not on Shallenburger, but she had to pop her little moderate head up to take a very public shot at Kline just a couple of days ago... and look how close that's turning out, in part due to her "help."

No, I've never called. I tried once because I knew the answer to a trivia question but couldn't get through. If you call, let me know!

At least Kline won.....now he has an opportunity to obey the House's order and issue a Suit to go to the state Supreme Court, asking them to declare that life begins at conception.

Yeah, and you know Kathleen will do whatever she can to block that one. Kline's so passionate about these things he won't hesitate to tell Kansans what Kathleen is doing. I'm looking forward to watching those two tangle the next four years. Hopefully Kline will show Kansans exactly who Kathleen really is. Then again, maybe I'm just being too hopeful.

He probably has a "This Republican is voting for Sebelius" sign in the yard at Cedar Crest.

I AM sorry. I missed this earlier. I have only one thing to say in reaction to this statement: BWWWWWHAHAHAHAHAHA~! fsf

It was a little more subtle. The company he owns/works for was getting a lot of heat about their future revenues if he didn't endorse.

Hey - come see the precious picture AdA$tra posted.

With the big ideas these two have, this meeting could be held in a phone booth with room to spare. fsf
