Regardless if you like like Vivek, this was arguably the most enriching interviews of a presidential candidate I’ve witnessed. We need more of this.

A VERY IMPORTANT thing I would add to Ramaswamy’s agenda (AS Trump’s VP) - go to EACH STATE and see what you can do to get them on board which would mean relinquishing their “previous” but decrepit, federal funds. In the beginning I thought he was just an overly ambitious young man. But more I hear him in interviews, I think this guy is serious about his run for president, and he can discuss issues in depth without notes or teleprompters, which is impressive.

I remember watching President Eisenhower’s press conferences as a boy. Like dfwgator I have a high opinion of Ike.
If you want to read a good book on Ike’s method of governing I recommend “The Hidden-Hand Presidency” by Fred Greenstein. The press were as arrogant and self-important then as they are today, and they had convinced themselves that Eisenhower was a kind of nice but bumbling character; the same guy who a decade earlier had commanded the most powerful army in history. Eisenhower used their foolish perception of him to his advantage.
