Exactly. I am sick of country club republicans who turn the other cheek. I know these people well, I have belonged to two different country clubs for 15 years. Mostly nice and happy people but they hate confrontation.
Steve Jobs didn't shy away from confrontation, and look where he is.

Tom, he's dead, but it wasn't confrontation that killed him; it was cancer of the pancreas and his hippie-influenced decision making that turned it fatal. His confrontation tendencies, however, gave us Apple, Inc., one of the best-managed, wealthiest corporations in the history of the U.S. economy.
I know, and I wish he was still around.
My point is, he was famous for his high-energy management style and willingness to go to any lengths to get what he wanted the way he wanted it. That resulted in great accomplishments, but it cost him dearly.
Personally, I believe that the stress he put himself under had something to do with his getting cancer; of course I can’t prove it. Just my opinion, YMMV.
