UPDATE: Goya Foods’ CEO Robert Unanue refuses to apologize after drawing intense criticism and calls for a boycott against his company for praising President Trump on Thursday.
“We were part of a commission called the White House Hispanic Prosperity Initiative and they called on us to be there to see how we could help opportunities within the economic and educational realm for prosperity among Hispanics and among the United States,” Unanue said on “Fox & Friends” on Friday.
Unanue said the backlash his visit to the White House and praise of Trump triggered is a “suppression of speech.”
He pointed out that he has visited the White House before, for an event hosted by the Obama administration for Hispanic Heritage Month.

Never heard of Goya or it’s products but I’ll be buying them from now on. Support this man and his company and buy his products - the left-wing pressure groups will be trying to punish him. The world needs to realize that conservatives can reward and punish too.
Try my wife’s Puerto Rican Rice and Beans recipe:
Warm medium sauce pan on stove top at medium-low temp.
Add a bit of vegetable oil.
Stir lightly after adding each ingredient.
Sautee Spanish cooking ham cut in squares.
6 GOYA olives stuffed with pimento, add to ham.
Add four heaping tablespoons of GOYA sofrito.
Add two table spoons of GOYA tomato sauce.
Add 1 can of GOYA pink or red kidney beans (the ones in water, not in tomato sauce), including the water.
Add more water, about 1/4 of can you just used.
Add one tablespoon of GOYA Extra Virgin olive oil.
Add 1 packet of GOYA sazón.
Add chopped up potatoes or squash, about a cup full.
Add 1 tablespoon of GOYA recaíto (cilantro) or three fressh leaves if you can find them.
Salt to taste.
Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir every five minutes.
Serve on top of steamed white rice, all as a side to your favorite meat.

Their black beans are awesome. I make the best chili ever using them. I will shop for more Goya products just due to the libtards triggered emotions.
