Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus, who wrote a book about sexual assault accusations made against now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and defended Dr. Christine Blasey Ford in the pages of her newspaper, now says the “#BelieveAllWomen” and “#MeToo” movement are “dumb” — because a similar, but credible sexual assault allegation has been leveled against the 2020 Democratic presidential nominee, former Vice President Joe Biden.
In a shocking editorial for the Washington Post, Marcus lashes out not just at Biden’s alleged accuser, Tara Reade — who has now filed a criminal complaint against Biden and who has a record of contemporaneous claims made against the then-federal legislator — but at the anti-sexual assault movement altogether.
“Reflexive acceptance of any and all allegations of sexual misconduct against any man is not staunch feminism,” Marcus writes. “[I]t is dangerous credulity that risks doing terrible injustice to the accused. #BelieveAllWomen was a dumb hashtag and a dumber approach.”

The principal is this: accusations against Republicans must be instantly believed; all others are deeply suspect.
No ethical gymnastics are too challenging for Democrats.
It’s simply a tool by witches to protect legal infanticide.
Perhaps more correctly:
Accusations against political opponents must be instantly believed; accusations against political allies are deeply suspect; all others need more investigation.
Pathetic, yet predictable.
There are a bunch of Democrat supporting unemployed Hollywood guys who wonder where she was when they got taken down.

Hypocrites
The left’s concepts of ethics, law and due process have always been situational.
She'll flip back in a heartbeat. The outcome depends entirely on who is being accused. This is not incredible, it is normal "reasoning" for most in the press.
Ruth Marcus is a four-flushing phony; indignant about the most irrational accusations against a Republican, ignorant of much more severe, documented accusations against the Democratic candidate for President from a former member of his staff. It shows how low this “newspaper” and its clown employees have gotten. I believe nothing they write.

The Babylon Bee wrote a satrical article about Democrats having herd immunity against sexual assault charges. In reality, it shouldn’t have been classified as satire.
We knew this would happen. They are such hypocrites. They have no moral values. They only use them as a sword to hurt others with.
I’ll buy that refinement.
