How is a Docket different from an Indictment?
Have to complete the coup before election season.
The docket contains the Court’s list of filings, to include indictments, and other documents, sealed and (ultimately) then unsealed.
“Cases you see in district court with number like 19-cr-28 might be indictment, information or complaint. It also could be a prisoner case that are also filed in the main “cr”case type. But usually, I’d guess 90%, they are indictments. There are a lot since 2018.”....from Twitter blog
Mueller always cues up some phoney blockbuster story for Fridays.
How do they know this is related to theMueller investigation or is this just wishful thinking and its maybe related to something totally different?
or before the SOTU
Thanks.
When will Mark Steyn get to a main bout with Mikey Mann there in the DC Circuit?
Well, different courts, this is about DC District FEDERAL court for criminal cases.
The Mann case is a civil case in DC Superior Court which is local to DC, not federal.
In any case, the Mann v Steyn case has gone on for ridiculous lengths of time, well over 6 yrs now I believe. Utterly outrageous. As the saying goes, “the process is punishment.”
Steyn should have been able to get legal satisfaction many years ago, but Mann drags it out quite intentionally.
Thanks.
“Mann drags it out quite intentionally.” Sounds like the Court is a complicit colluder.
People who talk about ‘sealed indictments’ are being misleading. The type of document is unknown until it is unealed (made public). Until then, it’s just a docket number.
CNN crew will show up first before 27 armed FBI agents show up in pre-dawn raid. I am betting on Fake news, Wishful thinking by libs.
What is Tims’ record for being right?
It is like a broken clock, if you post dozens and dozens of twits, sooner or later one of them will be correct. Tim or anyone else has no access to sealed dockets. Looks like he spends time on searching filing of dockets on DC court.
