Clinton says Trump supporters don't "fully appreciate what is potential under this presidency."
Hillary Clinton predicted Tuesday that President Donald Trump will "wholesale fire people" in the White House and become increasingly unaccountable, if Democrats don't check his power by winning a majority of seats in the House or Senate in the November midterm elections.
Clinton made the remarks during the former secretary of state's appearance on MSNBC's "The Rachel Maddow Show."
"What I worry about, Rachel, is that after this election this president is going to wholesale fire people," Clinton said. " ... And if we [Democrats] don’t have one or both houses of Congress in place he will be even more uncontrollable and unaccountable. He will fire people in the White House, he will fire people in this administration who he thinks are crossing him, questioning him, undermining him.”
Clinton, who ran the State Department during part of the Obama administration, said an anonymous opinion piece in The New York Times was "horrifying" and raised the likelihood that Trump might try a purge of staff he suspects of working against him....

Wasn’t it pres clinton who had a controversy called travelgate when he fired seven good workers in the White House Travel Office? And he also fired a William Sessions head of the FBI, and just one day before Vince Foster was found dead.
It wasn’t all but a couple of DA’s fired. It was all of them so he couldn’t be accused of going after only those investigating him or his related interests. A few may have then been rehired but all were forced to resign.

You mean like when you fired the whole White House Travel Office so that Bill’s third cousin Catherine Cornelius could get the travel business for themselves, and your friend Harry Thomason’s airline would pick up the flight business? Then you sicced the FBI on Billy Ray Dale who had held the job since 1982, and got him indicted on TRUMPED up charges, which he was acquitted of by the jury following less than two hours of deliberations? You mean that kind of “wholesale” firing of people?
