Vox slogan : grammar, who needs it.

‘Ossoff did worse than her.’

Let’s check this out.

A, Ossoff did worse than her did.

Verdict: good enough for liberals.

B, Ossoff did worse than she did.

Verdict: good enough for everyone else.

Democrats hoped that five months of a chaotic Trump administration would galvanize their voters to turn out, and send a message to Republicans in Congress that they should abandon the president or risk losing their jobs

Hopefully this will continue to be their strategy!
They just can not think like the vast majority of American that do not live in New York or California?
Yes the first 5 months of President Trumps term has ben chaotic. But the Progs and the MSM are the ones causing all the chaos! They just think we are all to stupid to see that! We aren’t. We see it. We don’t like it. But keep it up!

Ossoff’s mistake was starting out honest.

I disagree. Ossoff started out in typical dem fashion by lying - claiming to have years of experience in any number of areas - the punk is only 30 years old!. He totally inflated his resume and it was obvious.

Disappointment, yes. The Democrats managed to get themselves all wrapped up in the unrealistic expectations of winning a safe Republican seat. But I don't know how bad a sign it is. Sure the Democrats have Pelosi and the rest of their leadership hanging around their necks. But in 18 months the Republicans will be running on Trumpcare and tax cuts, and defending spending cuts and deficits. If any of those go wrong then there are marginal Republican seats that could be lost.

So if the Democrats are mourning this loss it's too early to say if it's a bad sign or a good sign.
