Never OK...you have things to do and contribute...if you don’t think so LOOK again. From 62 to 78 I spent June to September with a grandson. Swimming, mini golf, batting cages and Practice, bowling, Veterans service,tennis, basketball, community service,golf and finally learning to drive...It all paid off in one comment as he achieved his Boy Scout Eagle Rank.
During the Court of Honor they asked “who do you personally most admire for their character?”. Simple he replied, My NANA. I just enjoyed him and never realized the effect I had.
Today I mailed a food package to college...it never ends!
Don’t waste your years! It might pay off BIG!!
