It's a reference to Hillary's 9/11 collapse. Didn't you see it? Awakenings is a book and film (Oliver Sachs) about Encephalitis victims. Starred Robin Williams. Encephalitis medication (L-Dopa) can cause Parkinsons, if I remember accurately.
