With just a few weeks to go until the GOP convention, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney says he’s still getting some encouragement from his family to jump into the 2016 race for the White House.
“My wife and kids wanted me to run again this time,” Mr. Romney, the 2012 Republican presidential nominee, said this week at the “Aspen Ideas Festival.”
“I’ve got some kids — I got an email from one of my sons yesterday saying ‘you gotta get in, Dad — you gotta get in,’ ” he said....

Donald Trump is the best candidate Republicans have seen since Ronald Reagan. His history is impeccable and brilliant.
Even if Mitt took a running leap off the steeple, he seems incapable reaching the northbound side of I-5. Just like in 2012, he’ll come up short.

I would cheer for Romney to jump.
Mr Romney, you were brought into the Massachusetts Governors election in the hope that you would reverse the economic malaise. You were drafted by many people, a grass roots effort and you were elected.
You seem to have taken your election to be something more and proceeded to go into social areas where we didn’t expect you to go.
I was one of those ‘grass root’ people.
I supported you in all of your elections.
We (then in Mass) needed a fiscal, financial person. Someone who understood that taxpayers could NOT CONTINUALLY
support the ‘wants and feels’ beyond the actual bottom line.
You crossed that line.
I want my vote(s) back and for you to enjoy your life.
Please extend the same courtesy to us.

His kids and wife are morons and just like his father, Mittens shan’t EVER be president! He had his chance, but messed up SO badly, he made himself a perpetual loser!
I liked Mitt Romney, voted for him and supported his campaign. Anything that he would do no, other than support Trump would only help Hillary Clinton win.
